Claims (4)
- 석탄 분쇄기로부터 미분탄 주공급관과 트랜지션 유니트를 거쳐 이송되는 미분탄과 공기 혼합물을 보일러 내에 공급할 수 있도록 트랜지션 유니트와 보일러의 투입구 사이에 접속된 화력발전소용 미분탄 공급장치의 옐보우 타입 종단 연료 투입관에 있어서,일단은 상기 트랜지션 유니트와 연결될 수 있게 형성되어 있고 타단은 상기 보일러와 연결될 수 있는 형상으로 형성되되 내부의 유로가 길이방향을 따라 휘어지게 형성된 하우징과;상기 하우징의 내벽에 세라믹 접착제에 의해 부착된 다수의 세라믹 라인닝;을 구비하고,상기 세라믹 라인닝은Al2O3 81 내지 85중량%, SiO2 2 내지 4중량%, MgO 1 내지 3중량퍼센트, TiO2 1 내지 3중량%, 벤토나이트 1 내지 3중량%, ZrO2 2 내지 4중량%, Li2O 2 내지 4중량%, SiC 2 내지 4중량%, B2O3 0.5 내지 2중량%의 성분비로 혼합된 세라믹 조성물을 성형 및 소성하여 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화력발전소용 미분탄 공급장치의 옐보우 타입 종단 연료 투입관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 접착제는Al2O3 66 내지 70중량%, SiO2 10 내지 14중량%, MgO 2 내지 4중량%, SiC 4 내지 6중량%, 벤토나이트 1 내지 3 중량%, ZrO2 4 내지 6중량%, Na2O 1 내지 3중량%, B2O3 2 내지 4중량퍼센트의 성분비로 혼합된 혼합물 100중량부에 대해 5 내지 10중량부의 물을 투입하여 슬러리 형태로 형성된 것을 상기 하우징에 도포한 후 상기 세라믹 라인닝을 접착하고 경화시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 화력발전소용 미분탄 공급장치의 옐보우 타입 종단 연료 투입관.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 하우징은 금속소재로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 화력발전소용 미분탄 공급장치의 옐보우 타입 종단 연료 투입관.
- 제1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 세라믹 라인닝은내측으로 인입된 끼움홈이 일측에 형성되어 있고, 타측에는 인접된 세라믹 라인닝의 끼움홈에 끼움결합될 수 있는 끼움돌기가 형성되어 있으며,상기 세라믹 라인닝들은 상기 하우징의 내주면을 따라 상기 끼움홈과 상기 끼움돌기에 의해 상호 끼움 결합되어 상기 하우징의 내벽에 접합된 것을 특징으로 하는 화력발전소용 미분탄 공급장치의 옐보우 타입 종단 연료 투입관.
