Claims (31)
- 인코딩된 MPEG-2 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷으로 구성되는 스트림에 의해 형성되는 컨텐츠를 수신하여 재생하는 컨텐츠 수신기에 있어서,상기 컨텐츠를 수신하여 저장하는 저장 수단,MPEG 시스템 클럭을 재생하는 시스템 클럭 재생 수단,상기 시스템 클럭 재생 수단이 출력하는 MPEG 시스템 클럭을 계수하는 제 1 계수 수단, 및,상기 저장 수단에 저장된 상기 컨텐츠를 재생하는 디코더를 구비하고,수신할 컨텐츠를 형성하는 각각의 MPEG-2 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷이, 상기 MPEG-2 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷의 인코딩시에 있어서 MPEG 시스템 클럭을 계수한 타임 스탬프가 부가된 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷인 경우, 상기 디코더는 저장된 각각의 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷을 상기 제 1 계수 수단의 계수 값이 상기 타임 스탬프와 소정의 옵셋값에 일치하는 타이밍에서 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.

- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷은 적어도 하나 캡슐화되고, 또한 캡슐의 카운트 정보와 캡슐 내의 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷의 내용을 나타내는 캡슐 정보가 부가된 슈퍼 캡슐을 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.

- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 수신한 슈퍼 캡슐 내의 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷을 저장 수단에 저장할 때에 상기 캡슐 정보와 상기 카운트 정보에 따라 각각의 저장 영역을 관리하는 저장 관리 수단을 구비하고,상기 카운트 정보의 연속성을 확인하여 슈퍼 캡슐의 불연속을 인식한 경우에는, 상기 카운트 정보를 포함하는 재전송 요구 명령을 생성하여 송신 측으로 송신하고, 상기 송신 측으로부터 재전송되어 수신할 해당 슈퍼 캡슐 내의 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷도 상기 카운트 정보에 따른 상기 저장 관리 수단이 관리하는 영역에 저장하도록 제어함으로써 재생할 때에는 불연속을 해소하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 상기 카운트 정보의 연속성의 확인에 있어서 카운트와 같은 방향의 불연속을 검출한 경우에 슈퍼 캡슐의 불연속으로 인식되는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.
- 제 7항 또는 8항에 있어서, 슈퍼 캡슐의 불연속을 인식한 경우에는, 더미 슈퍼 캡슐을 생성하여 불연속 부분 대신에 상기 저장 수단에 일단 저장하고, 재전송된 해당 슈퍼 캡슐의 저장 제어는 상기 더미 캡슐에 덮어쓰기 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.

- 인코딩된 MPEG-2 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷으로 구성되는 스트림에 의해 형성되는 컨텐츠를 통신망으로부터 수신하여 재생하는 컨텐츠 수신기에 있어서,상기 컨텐츠를 수신하여 저장하는 저장 수단,27MHz의 MPEG 시스템 클럭을 재생하는 시스템 클럭 재생 수단,상기 시스템 클럭 재생 수단이 출력하는 MPEG 시스템 클럭을 계수하는 제 1 계수 수단, 및,상기 저장 수단에 저장된 상기 컨텐츠를 재생하는 디코더를 구비하고,수신할 컨텐츠를 형성하는 각각의 MPEG-2 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷이, 상기 MPEG-2 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷의 인코딩시에 있어서 MPEG 시스템 클럭을 계수한 4바이트의 타임 스탬프를 헤더에 부가한 192 바이트의 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷인 경우, 상기 디코더는 저장된 각각의 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷을 상기 제 1 계수 수단의 계수값이 상기 타임 스탬프와 소정의 옵셋값에 일치하는 타이밍에서 재생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.
- 제 29항에 있어서, 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷은 한 개 이상으로 캡슐화되고, 또한 캡슐 내의 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷의 내용을 나타내는 캡슐 정보가 부가된 슈퍼 캡슐을 수신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.
- 제 29항 또는 30항에 있어서, 송신측으로부터 IP 프로토콜망을 통하여 IP 패킷을 수신하고 IP 패킷 내부에 격납되어 있는 스트림을 저장 수단에 저장할 때의 처리로서, IP 프로토콜에 있어서의 IP 데이터그램의 데이터 영역에 격납되어 있는 상기 확장 트랜스포트 스트림 패킷을 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 컨텐츠 수신기.
