Claims (13)
- 제1 양이온 교환 수지 및 2-프로판올, 1-프로판올 및 N-메틸 피롤리돈으로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1 유기 용매를 포함하는 수지 조성물을 기재에 도포하여 수지층을 형성하고;상기 수지층이 형성된 기재를 상기 제1 양이온 교환 수지에 대한 용해성이 없고, 제2 유기 용매는 헥산, 자일렌 및 물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 제2 유기 용매에 침적하여 다공성 수지층을 형성하고;상기 다공성 수지층을 상기 기재로부터 분리하여 다공성 고분자 지지체를 제조하고;상기 다공성 고분자 지지체에 제2 양이온 교환 수지 및 제3 유기 용매를 포함하는 고분자 조성물을 도포하는공정을 포함하는 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 양이온 교환 수지는 동일하거나 또는 서로 다르며, 측쇄에 설폰산기, 카르복실산기, 인산기, 포스포닌산기 및 이들의 유도체로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 양이온 교환기를 갖고 있는 고분자 수지인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 제1 및 제2 양이온 교환 수지는 동일하거나 서로 다르며, 플루오로계 고분자, 벤즈이미다졸계 고분자, 폴리이미드계 고분자, 폴리에테르이미드계 고분자, 폴리페닐렌설파이드계 고분자, 폴리술폰계 고분자, 폴리에테르술폰계 고분자, 폴리에테르케톤계 고분자, 폴리에테르-에테르케톤계 고분자 및 폴리페닐퀴녹살린계 고분자로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 수소 이온 전도성 고분자인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 고분자 전해질 조성물은 무기 첨가물을 더욱 포함하는 것인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 무기 첨가물은 실리카, 알루미나, 마이카, 제올라이트, 바륨티타네이트, 세라믹, 무기 실리케이트, 지르코늄 하이드로겐 포스페이트, α-Zr(Oa1PCHa2OH)a(Ob1PCb2Hb4SOb5H)b·nH2O(여기에서, a1, a2, a, b1, b2, b4, b5 및 b는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 14의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 50의 정수임), ν- Zr(POa1)(Ha2POa3)a(HOb1PCb2Hb3SOb4H)b·nH2O(여기에서, a1, a2, a3, a, b1, b2, b3, b4 및 b는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 14의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 50의 정수임), Zr(Oa1PCa2Ha3)aYb(여기에서, a1, a2, a3, a 및 b는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 14의 정수임), Zr(Oa1PCHa2OH)aYb·nH2O(여기에서, a1, a2, a 및 b는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 14의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 50의 정수임), α-Zr(Oa1PCa2Ha3SOa4H)a·nH2O(여기에서, a1, a2, a3, a4 및 a는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 14의 정수이고, n은 0 내지 50의 정수임), α-Zr(Oa1POH)·H2O(여기에서, a1은 0 내지 14의 정수임), (P2O5)a(ZrO2)b(여기에서, a 및 b는 동일하거나 서로 독립적으로 0 내지 14의 정수임) 유리(glass) 및 P2O5-ZrO2-SiO2 유리로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 하나 또는 하나 이상의 혼합물인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 무기 첨가물은 무기 실리케이트인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 무기 실리케이트는 피로필라이트-탈크(pyrophylite-talc), 몬트모릴로 나이트(montmorilonite:MMT), 플루오르헥토라이트 (fluorohectorite), 카올리나이트 (kaolinte), 버미큘리트(vermiculite), 일라이트(illite), 마이카(mica) 및 브리틀 마이카(brittle mica)로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 무기 실리케이트는 1/30 내지 1/1000의 종횡비를 갖는 것인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 무기 실리케이트는 0.05 내지 0.5㎛의 장축 길이를 갖는 것인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 무기 실리케이트는 박리된 층상 구조를 갖으며, 각 층간의 거리가 3nm 이상인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 무기 실리케이트는 유기화제 처리된 무기 실리케이트인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 유기화제는 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬아민, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬렌 디아민, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 4차 암모늄, 탄소수 1 내지 20의 알킬 암모늄염, 아미노헥산 및 질소 함유 헤테로 고리 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 것인 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질 막의 제조 방법.
