- 삭제
- 건조중량기준으로 황금뿌리분말 100중량부에 대하여 둥굴레 뿌리줄기분말 10~20중량부 및 치자씨 분말 0.1~10중량부를 함유하는 혼합분말을 물에 용해 또는 분산시켜 얻은 수용액에 쌀을 침지한 후 건조하는 단계; 및건조된 쌀의 표면에 끓인 한천을 식용 점착제로 얇은 피막을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 황금성분 함유 쌀의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 황금뿌리분말은 황금뿌리를 알코올농도 5~10%의 미곡주에서 침지 숙성, 증숙, 냉각 및 건조한 후 분쇄하여 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 황금성분 함유 쌀의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 둥굴레 뿌리줄기 분말은 둘글레 뿌리줄기를 분쇄하여 고형체로 성형한 후 알코올농도 5~10%의 미곡주에서 침지 숙성, 증숙, 냉각 및 건조한 후 재분쇄하여 제조한 것임을 특징으로 하는 황금성분 함유 쌀의 제조방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 치자씨 분말은 알콜농도 5~10%의 미곡주를 분무하면서 볶은 후에 분쇄하여 제조한 것이거나 또는 치자씨를 수분함량 10% 이하로 건조한 후 분쇄하여 제조하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 황금성분 함유 쌀의 제조방법.
