- 30 내지 90중량%의 나일론 6 나노복합재에 제1충격보강제로 5 내지 35중량%의 말레인산 및 이의 유도체로 개질된 폴리올레핀계 에라스토머, 스티렌계 에라스토머 또는 이들의 혼합물 및 제2충격보강제로 2 내지 35중량%의 폴리올레핀계 에라스토머, 스티렌계 에라스토머 또는 이들의 혼합물을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내충격 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리올레핀계 에라스토머는 에틸렌/프로필렌 공중합체 에라스토머(EPR), 에틸렌/프로필렌/디엔 공중합체 에라스토머(EPDM), 에틸렌/부텐-1 공중합체 에라스토머, 에틸렌/헥센-1 공중합체 에라스토머, 에틸렌/옥텐-1 공중 합체 에라스토머이고, 그 비중이 0.86 내지 0.90이며, 상기 스티렌계 에라스토머는 스티렌/에틸렌/부틸렌 블록 공중합체 에라스토머(SEBS), 스티렌/에틸렌/프로필렌 블록공중합체 에라스토머(SEPS), 스티렌/에틸렌/에틸렌/프로필렌 블록 공중합체 에라스토머(SEEPS)이고, 그 비중이 0.89 내지 0.95인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 말레인산 및 이의 유도체로 개질된 폴리올레핀계 에라스토머, 스티렌계 에라스토머 또는 이들의 혼합물 중 말레인산 및 이의 유도체는 0.1 내지 2.0중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제1충격보강제와 제2충격보강제의 무게비가 30/70 내지 90/10인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
