Description
Claims (16)
- 슬러지-형 재료, 또는 슬러지-형 및 분진-형 재료를 과립화시키는데, 과립화 될 재료가 수화 가능하거나 수중에서 경화 가능한 고형물 및 물과 혼합되고, 고형물이 물과 발열 반응하며 혼합물 내에서 결합제로서 작용하고, 여기에서 고형물이 전부 또는 부분 수화되거나 경화되고, 전부 또는 부분 수화되거나 경화된 고형물을 함유하는 혼합물이 과립으로 형성되는, 슬러지-형 재료, 또는 슬러지-형 및 분진-형 재료를 과립하시키는 방법에 있어서, 고형물 및 필요에 따라 과립화 될 분진형 재료가 물로 습윤되거나 가습되고, 이에 후속하여 또는 이와 동시에 고형물이 과립화 될 재료와 혼합되며, 충분한 물이 고형물에 첨가되어 미반응 물의 추가 건조를 보조하거나 이를 수행하는 온도가 후속 혼합 및 과립화 작동 중에 도달됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 충분한 물이 고형물에 첨가되어 혼합 온도가 80 내지 97℃가 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 고형물의 완전한 수화 또는 경화에 필요한 물의 양 이상의 양으로 물이 고형물에 첨가됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사용된 수화 가능하거나 수중에서 경화 가능한 고형물이 하소된 석회임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분진-형 재료가 고형물과 실질적으로 동시에 그리고 함께 물로 습윤됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 슬러지-형 재료가 고형물이 물로 습윤된 후에 고형물과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수분 함량이 20 내지 50%인 슬러지-형 재료가 사용됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 분진-형 재료가 고형물과 별개로 물로 습윤되고 습윤된 고형물과 혼합됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 혼합 및 과립화 온도가 연속적으로 또는 불연속으로 측정되고, 물의 첨가, 고형물의 첨가, 혼합 및 과립화 속도 또는 이들의 조합이 측정된 온도의 함수로 제어됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 혼합 용기(2) 및 구동가능한 혼합 장치(3)를 포함하는 혼합 반응기(1), 수화 가능하거나 수중에서 경화 가능한 고형물(7)용 공급 장치(6), 과립화 될 재료(9, 14, 23)를 위한 하나 이상의 공급 장치(6, 8, 25), 물 공급 장치(15) 및 과립화 장치를 가진 제 1항 내지 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하는 장치에 있어서, 물 공급 장치(15)가 고형물(7)을 위한 공급 장치(6)내로 진행하여 공급된 고형물이 공급된 물에 의해 습윤되며, 측정 및 제어 장치(19)에 접속된 하나 이상의 온도 감지기(17)가 혼합 용기(2)에 배치되고, 여기에서 측정 및 제어 장치(19)가 물 공급 장치(15), 고형물(7)용 계량 장치(22), 혼합 장치(3)용 구동부(5) 또는 이들중 둘 이상에 접속됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 수증기 추출기(12)가 혼합 용기(2)상에 배치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 분진-형 재료(14)가 고형물 공급 장치(6)를 통해서 혼합 용기(2)로 공급되고, 고형물(7) 및 분진(14)이 물 공급 장치(15)에 의해 공급된 물로 함께 습윤됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 분진형 재료(23)가 혼합 용기(2)로 공급되게 하는 개별 공급 장치(25)가 혼합 용기(2)상에 제공되고, 그 분진 공급 장치(25)내에 추가의 물 공급 장치(24)가, 개별 분진 공급 장치(25)를 통해 내부로 공급된 분진(23)이 추가의 물 공급 장치(24)로 공급된 물로 습윤되는 방식으로 합체됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 혼합 온도가 88 내지 95℃가 됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 하소된 석회가 경성 하소된 석회임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 7항에 있어서, 슬러지-형 재료의 수분 함량이 30 내지 40%임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
