- 삭제
- 폐합성수지를 투입하는 투입구(11), 열분해된 가스를 배출하는 가스배출구(12), 슬러지배출구(14), 투입물을 교반하는 교반기(15) 및 가열장치(16)를 구비하는 메인 리엑터(10)와;상기 메인 리엑터(10) 내에서의 반응에 의해 발생 가스를 응축하는 쿨러와;상기 쿨러에 의해 응축된 재생 유류를 저장하는 저장탱크(40)로 구성된 폐합성수지 재생 유류추출장치에 있어서,분쇄된 폐합성수지를 공급받아 180∼220℃에서 압축용융시키는 1차용융기(50)와;상기 1차용융기(50)로부터 배출되는 가레떡 형태의 폐합성수지를 통과시키면서 압축시켜 수분과 같은 유해가스를 제거하는 압축롤러(70)와;상기 압축롤러(70)를 통과한 합성수지를 280∼320℃의 온도로 압축용융시켜 상기 메인 리엑터(10)의 투입구(11)로 투입시키는 2차용융기(60)와;상기 메인 리엑터(10)의 하부에 복수개의 슬러지배출구(14)와;상기 각 슬러지배출구(14)와 대응 연결되어 슬러지를 공급받아 슬러지에 남아있는 유류성분의 가스를 다시 한 번 열분해하여 이를 쿨러로 보내어 응축과정을 거치도록 하는 복수개의 서브 리엑터(20)와;상기 서브 리엑터(20)에서 발생된 슬러지를 슬러지배출구(24)로부터 수거하는 슬러지 수거탱크(80)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 재생 유류 추출장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 압축롤러(70)의 하부에 표면에 상호 대응되는 다수의 절단날(74)을 갖는 복수개의 압축롤러(70)를 마련하여 연속적으로 배출되는 폐합성수지를 적당한 크기로 절단하여 2차용융기(60)로 투입되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 재생 유류 추출장치.
- 폐합성수지를 투입하는 투입구(11), 가스배출구(12), 슬러지배출구(14), 투입물을 교반하는 교반기(15) 및 가열장치(16)를 구비한 메인 리엑터(10)와;상기 메인 리엑터(10)내에서의 반응에 의해 발생된 가스를 응축하는 쿨러와;상기 쿨러에 의해 응축된 재생유류를 저장하는 저장탱크(40)로 구성된 폐합성수지 재생 유류추출장치에 있어서,상기 메인 리엑터(10)의 하부에 복수개의 슬러지배출구(14)를 구성하고;상기 각 슬러지배출구(14)에 연결되어 슬러지를 공급받아 슬러지에 남아있는 유류성분 가스를 다시 한 번 열분해하여 이를 쿨러를 통해 응축과정을 거치도록 하는 복수개의 서브 리엑터(20)와;상기 서브 리엑터(20)로부터 발생되어 배출구로 배출되는 슬러지를 수거하는 슬러지 수거탱크(80)를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 폐합성수지 재생 유류 추출장치.
