Claims (5)
- 삭제
- 그레이 스케일 조절이 가능한 파장 변환 광원에 있어서,서로 다른 각각의 그레이 스케일 레벨이 지정된 둘 이상의 방사체들로 구성된 반도체 레이저와;상기 각 방사체에서 방출된 광을 파장 변환시켜서 출력하기 위한 2차 고조파 생성기와;상기 2차 고조파 생성기에서 생성된 서로 다른 그레이 스케일을 갖는 파장 변환된 광을 하나의 광으로 수렴시켜서 출력하기 위한 광학계를 더 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파장 변환 광원.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 광학계는 상기 방사체들에 일대일 대응되는 입력단들과, 상기 입력단들로 연장된 하나의 출력단을 구비하는 도파로를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파장 변환 광원.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 광학계는 서로 다른 그레이 스케일을 갖는 파장 변환된 광을 하나의 광으로 수렴시키기 위한 렌즈를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 파장 변환 광원.
- 제2 항에 있어서,상기 반도체 레이저의 방사체 수는 상기 파장 변환 광원이 구현하고자 하는 그레이 스케일의 비트에 따라 결정됨을 특징으로 하는 파장 변환 광원.
