Claims (7)
- 엑시머 방전 램프에 kHz 대역 이상의 고주파 전압을 인가하는 고주파 전압 인가 수단과 상기 고주파 전압의 주파수를 변화시키는 주파수 변화 수단을 구비하는 엑시머 방전 램프 조광장치에 있어서,상기 주파수 변화 수단은, 상기 주파수의 1/2 사이클 당 ON시간을, 상기 엑시머 방전 램프의 발광에 기여하는 전하가 충전하는 시간과 동일하게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 방전 램프 조광 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 엑시머 방전 램프의 발광에 기여하는 전하가 충전되는 시간을, 램프 전류의 주방전 기간에 따라서 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 방전 램프 조광 장치.
- 청구항 1에 있어서, 상기 엑시머 방전 램프의 발광에 기여하는 전하가 충전되는 시간을, 램프 전류가 임계치 이상 흐르는 기간에 의해서 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 방전 램프 조광 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압의 주파수보다 낮은 주파수를 가지는 구형파 전압을 출력하는 구형파 전압 출력 수단을 구비하고,상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압은, 상기 구형파 전압 출력 수단으로부터 출력되는 구형파 전압에 의해 변조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 방전 램프 조광 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압의 주파수보다 낮은 주파수를 가지고, 또한 임계치 이하로 컷 된 정현파 전압을 출력하는 정현파 전압 출력 수단을 구비하고,상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압은, 상기 정현파 전압 출력 수단으로부터 출력되는 전압에 의해 변조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 엑시머 방전 램프 조광 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압의 주파수보다 낮은 주파수를 가지고, 또한 제1 임계치 이하로 컷 됨과 동시에 제2 임계치로 오프셋(offset)된 정현파 전압을 출력하는 정현파 전압 출력 수단을 구비하고,상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압은, 상기 정현파 전압 출력 수단으로부터 출력되는 전압에 의해 변조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 엑시머 방전 램프 조광 장치.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 3 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 엑시머 방전 램프로부터 방사되는 방사광의 강도를 검출하는 광검출수단과, 상기 방사광의 강도에 따라 상기 엑시머 방전 램프에 인가되는 고주파 전압의 주파수를 변화시키는 주파수 변화 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 엑시머 방전 램프 조광 장치.
