Abstract
Description
즉, 본 발명에서는 차단성 수지로서 산소 및 향미성분의 투과를 억제하는 차단성능과 공압출 라미네이트 가공적성의 바란스를 고려하여 EVOH를 채택하였다.
이 EVOH는 에틸렌과 비닐에스테르로 이루어지는 공중합체를 알칼리촉매 등을 사용하여 겔화하여 얻을 수 있다.

Claims (29)
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 다층수지층이 접착성 수지층(a')의 외측에 열가소성수지층(c)을 형성하여 적어도 4층으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 접착성 수지층(a) 및 접착성 수지층(a')은 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 폴리프로필렌 등의 폴리올레핀 수지에 말레인산 등의 불포화 카르본산이나 그 무수물을 그라프트 중합시킨 것으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 접착성 수지층(a) 및 접착성 수지층(a')은 에틸렌 등의 올레핀과 말레인산, 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 초산비닐, 아크릴산 에스테르, 메타크릴산 에스테르와의 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.

- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 EVOH는 에틸렌과 비닐에스테르로 이루어지는 공중합체를 알칼리촉매 등을 사용하여 겔화하여 얻어지는 것이고, EVOH의 에틸렌 함유량은 15∼60 몰%이고, 비닐에스테르 성분의 겔화도는 90% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제11항에 있어서, 전기 EVOH의 용융유량(MFR) (210℃, 2160g 하중하, JIS K7210에 근거)은 1∼45 g/10분인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기 접착성 수지층(a)의 두께가 1㎛ 이상, 차단성 수지층(b)의 두께가 0.5∼30㎛, 접착성 수지층(a')의 두께가 0.5㎛ 이상으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기 열가소성수지층(c)의 두께가 2㎛ 이상으로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 전기 열가소성수지층(c)이 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌, 초저밀도 폴리에틸렌 또는 폴리프로필렌으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제15항에 있어서, 전기 열가소성수지층(c)은 폴리올레핀 수지의 MFR이 0.5∼20 g/10분의 범위로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제6항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 전기 접착성 수지층(a)가 폴리에틸렌이민을 코팅한 원지와 접합하는 것이고, MFR(190℃, 2160g 하중)이 0.5∼20 g/10분의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제11항 내지 제16항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출 라미네이트시의 용융수지층의 다이 출구에서의 온도를 290℃ 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제11항 내지 제16항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 원지의 공압출 라미네이트면 이외의 면에 열밀봉층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제19항에 있어서, 전기 열밀봉층이 폴리올레핀 수지로 이루어지고, 그 폴리올레핀 수지의 MFR이 0.5∼20 g/10분의 범위이고, 두께가 3∼100㎛의 범위로 설정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제11항 내지 제16항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공압출 라미네이트된 면의 위에 내용물 접촉층을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제21항에 있어서, 전기 내용물 접촉층이 압출 라미네이트법에 의하여 공압출 라미네이트된 면에 적층된 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제21항에 있어서, 단층 또는 다층으로 필름화된 내용물 접촉층을 공압출 라미네이트된 다층수지층에 샌드위치 라미네이트법에 의하여 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제21항에 있어서, 단층 또는 다층으로 필름화된 내용물 접촉층을 공압출 라미네이트된 면에 다른 수지를 개재하여 샌드위치 라미네이트법에 의하여 적층한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제21항에 있어서, 전기 내용물 접촉층이 폴리올레핀 수지 또는 밀봉성 폴리에스테르로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
- 제1항, 제2항, 제6항, 제7항 또는 제11항 내지 제16항의 어느 한 항의 적층체를 성형하여 이루어지는 종이용기.
- 제26항의 종이용기에 내용물을 충진하여 이루어지는 포장체.
- 제27항에 있어서, 전기 내용물이 청량음료인 포장체.
- 제18항에 있어서, 공압출 라미네이트시의 용융수지층의 다이 출구에서의 온도를 240∼280℃로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 적층체.
