Claims (13)
- 라만 분광법에 있어서 2 슬릿 공초점 정렬(two-slit confocal arrangement)을 사용하여 제1 공초점 슬릿은 10 - 20 μm의 폭으로 세팅하고 제 2슬릿은 스펙트로미터 슬릿에 수직으로 정렬된 CCD 검출기상의 두개의 픽셀 로우(pixel rows)로부터 가상 제2 슬릿을 만드는 것을 특징으로 하는 라만 신호를 방해하는 조직으로부터의 자기-형광(Auto-fluorescence) 신호를 감소시키는 방법.
