Abstract
Description
상기 쿨런트펌프의 모터샤프트가 관통 설치되는 바디의 모터샤프트체결공 입구에는 리테이너(12)가 설치되고 그 리테이너는 상기 누수방지용 씰(10)내에 수용되게 설치되며, 상기 스프링의 각 양단이 고정되는 씰 스톱퍼의 타측면과 스프링스톱퍼의 일측면에는 상기 모터샤프트가 관통되는 관통공보다 큰 직경의 스프링안착부(21,41)가 형성되고 그 스프링안착부의 선택된 곳에는 스프링의 끝단을 삽입 고정하는 삽입공(22,42)이 형성된 것으로 이루어진다.
Claims (5)
- 쿨런트펌프의 모터샤프트(50)가 관통 설치되는 바디(51)의 모터샤프트체결공(52) 입구에 설치되는 테프론재질의 누수방지용 씰(10)과, 그 누수방지 씰과 일측면이 면 접촉되어 습동이 이루어지게 모터샤프트에 끼워 결합되는 씰 스톱퍼(20)와, 상기 모터샤프트에 끼워지며 일측단이 상기 씰 스톱퍼의 타측면에 고정 설치되는 스프링(30)과, 그 스프링을 소정의 압으로 압압하도록 모터샤프트에 끼워 고정되며 일측면에 상기 스프링의 타측단이 고정되는 스프링스톱퍼(40)로 이루어진 쿨런트펌프의 메커니컬 씰 구조에 있어서,상기 쿨런트펌프의 모터샤프트가 관통 설치되는 바디의 모터샤프트체결공 입구에는 리테이너(12)가 설치되고 그 리테이너는 상기 누수방지용 씰(10)내에 수용되게 설치되며, 상기 스프링의 각 양단이 고정되는 씰 스톱퍼의 타측면과 스프링스톱퍼의 일측면에는 상기 모터샤프트가 관통되는 관통공보다 큰 직경의 스프링안착부(21,41)가 형성되고 그 스프링안착부의 선택된 곳에는 스프링의 끝단을 삽입 고정하는 삽입공(22,42)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쿨런트펌프의 메커니컬 씰 구조.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 씰 스톱퍼의 모터샤프트가 관통되는 관통공에는 모터샤프트와 긴밀한 접촉이 이루어지는 오링(24)이 삽입 안착되는 오링안착홈(23)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 쿨런트펌프의 메커니컬 씰 구조.
