Claims (12)
- 화학식 I의 아실시클로헥산디온 또는 그의 적합한 염으로 포도나무, 체리, 서양자두, 슬로우, 블루베리, 딸기, 감귤류, 포포나무, 붉은 양배추, 브로콜리, 브뤼셀 스프라우트, 케일, 당근, 파슬리, 셀러리, 양파, 마늘, 차, 커피, 카카오, 마테, 홉, 대두, 종자유 평지, 귀리, 밀, 호밀, 아로니아 멜라노카르파(Aronia melanocarpa) 또는 징코 빌로바(Ginkgo biloba)를 처리하는 것을 포함하는, 상기 식물 중의 플라보노이드 및 페놀 성분의 함량을 증가시키고 질적으로 개질시키는 방법.<화학식 I>식 중,R은 수소 또는 C1-C6-알킬이고,R'은 C1-C6-알킬 또는 C3-C6-시클로알킬이다.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 포도나무의 플라보노이드 및 페놀 성분의 함량을 증가시키고, 질적으로 개질시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 3번 위치에 비치환된 C 원자를 갖는 플라보노이드, 상기 플라보노이드의 올리고머 및 중합체의 함량을 증가시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 처리한 포도나무, 체리, 서양자두, 슬로우, 블루베리, 딸기, 감귤류, 포포나무, 붉은 양배추, 브로콜리, 브뤼셀 스프라우트, 케일, 당근, 파슬리, 셀러리, 양파, 마늘, 차, 커피, 카카오, 마테, 홉, 대두, 종자유 평지, 귀리, 밀, 호밀, 아로니아 멜라노카르파 또는 징코 빌로바, 상기 식물의 일부, 또는 상기 식물로 제조된 제품 (쥬스, 차, 추출액, 발효 제품 및 발효 잔류물)을 포함하는, 콜레스테롤 생합성 억제, 종양 치료 또는 아테롬성 동맥경화증 치료용 치료 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 화학식 I, II 또는 III의 하나 이상의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 미리 처리된 붉은 포도나무 품종의 포도로부터 얻을 수 있는, 플라보노이드 및 기타 페놀 성분의 함량이 증가하고 질적으로 개질된 추출액.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 처리한 포도나무, 체리, 서양자두, 슬로우, 블루베리, 딸기, 감귤류, 포포나무, 붉은 양배추, 브로콜리, 브뤼셀 스프라우트, 케일, 당근, 파슬리, 셀러리, 양파, 마늘, 차, 커피, 카카오, 마테, 홉, 대두, 종자유 평지, 귀리, 밀, 호밀, 아로니아 멜라노카르파 또는 징코 빌로바, 상기 식물의 일부, 또는 상기 식물로 제조된 제품 (쥬스, 차, 추출액, 발효 제품 및 발효 잔류물)을 포함하는, 인간 및 동물용 건강 증진 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 처리한 포도나무, 체리, 서양자두, 슬로우, 블루베리, 딸기, 감귤류, 포포나무, 붉은 양배추, 브로콜리, 브뤼셀 스프라우트, 케일, 당근, 파슬리, 셀러리, 양파, 마늘, 차, 커피, 카카오, 마테, 홉, 대두, 종자유 평지, 귀리, 밀, 호밀, 아로니아 멜라노카르파 또는 징코 빌로바, 상기 식물의 일부, 또는 상기 식물로 제조된 제품 (쥬스, 차, 추출액, 발효 제품 및 발효 잔류물)을 포함하는 화장품.
- 제3항에 있어서, 3번 위치에 비치환된 C 원자를 갖는 플라보노이드, 상기 플라보노이드의 올리고머 및 중합체의 함량이 증가하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 화학식 I, II 또는 III의 하나 이상의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 미리 처리된 붉은 포도나무 품종의 포도로부터 얻을 수 있는, 플라보노이드 및 기타 페놀 성분의 함량이 증가하고 질적으로 개질된 쥬스.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 화학식 I, II 또는 III의 하나 이상의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 미리 처리된 붉은 포도나무 품종의 포도로부터 얻을 수 있는, 플라보노이드 및 기타 페놀 성분의 함량이 증가하고 질적으로 개질된 포도주.
- 제1항 또는 제2항 기재의 화학식 I, II 또는 III의 하나 이상의 아실시클로헥산디온으로 미리 처리된 붉은 포도나무 품종의 포도로부터 얻을 수 있는, 플라보노이드 및 기타 페놀 성분의 함량이 증가하고 질적으로 개질된 압착 케이크(press cake).
