- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체확산층은 200 내지 280 ㎛의 두께를 가지며, 상기 미세기공층은 20 내지 50 ㎛의 두께를 가지는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체확산층의 내부로 침투되어 있는 미세기공층은 10 내지 30 ㎛의 두께를 가지는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 기체확산층은 탄소천(carbon cloth) 또는 탄소종이(carbon paper)인 연료전지용 전극기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세기공층은 흑연, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 플러렌(C60), 활성탄소, 벌칸, 케첸블랙, 카본블랙 및 탄소나노혼(carbon nano horn)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 탄소물질을 포함하는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세기공층은 폴리(퍼플루오로술폰산), 폴리(테트라플 루오로에틸렌) 및 플로리네이티드 에틸렌-프로필렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 바인더를 포함하는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재.
- 입자상의 탄소물질, 바인더 및 용매를 혼합하여 도포용 조성물을 제조하는 단계,상기 도포용 조성물을 기체확산층에 도포하는 단계, 및상기 도포된 조성물을 소결하여 미세기공층을 형성시키는 단계를 포함하는 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 탄소물질은 흑연, 탄소나노튜브(CNT), 플러렌(C60), 활성탄소, 벌칸, 케첸블랙, 카본블랙 및 탄소나노혼(carbon nano horn)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 바인더는 폴리(퍼플루오로술폰산), 폴리(테트라플루오로에틸렌) 및 플로리네이티드 에틸렌-프로필렌으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포용 조성물은 고형분 농도가 40 내지 70 중량%인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기체확산층은 탄소천 또는 탄소종이인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 기체확산층은 200 내지 280 ㎛의 두께를 가지는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포용 조성물은 스크린 코팅 방법으로 도포되는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포용 조성물은 20 내지 50 ㎛의 두께로 도포되는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포용 조성물이 상기 기체확산층의 내부로 침투되는 두께가 10 내지 30 ㎛가 되도록 도포하는 것인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제1항의 전극기재, 및 상기 전극기재의 미세기공층 위에 형성되는 촉매층을 포함하는 애노드;제1항의 전극기재, 및 상기 전극기재의 미세기공층 위에 형성되는 촉매층을 포함하는 캐소드; 및상기 애노드와 캐소드의 사이에 위치하며, 그 양 면이 촉매층과 접하는 연료 전지용 고분자 전해질막을 포함하는 연료전지용 막-전극 어셈블리.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 촉매층은 백금, 루테늄, 오스뮴, 백금-루테늄 합금, 백금-오스뮴 합금, 백금-팔라듐 합금 및 백금-M 합금(M=Ga, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu 및 Zn로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 전이금속)으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 촉매를 포함하는 것인 연료전지용 막-전극 어셈블리.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 연료전지용 고분자 전해질막은 퍼플루오르계 고분자, 벤즈이미다졸계 고분자, 폴리이미드계 고분자, 폴리에테르이미드계 고분자, 폴리페닐렌설파이드계 고분자 폴리술폰계 고분자, 폴리에테르술폰계 고분자, 폴리에테르케톤계 고분자 폴리에테르-에테르케톤계 고분자 및 폴리페닐퀴녹살린계 고분자로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수소이온 전도성 고분자를 포함하는 것인 연료전지용 막-전극 어셈블리.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 연료전지용 고분자 전해질막은 폴리(퍼플루오로술폰산), 폴리(퍼플루오로카르복실산), 술폰산기를 포함하는 테트라플루오로에틸렌과 플루오로비닐에테르의 공중합체, 탈불소화된 황화 폴리에테르케톤, 아릴 케톤, 폴리(2,2'-(m-페닐렌)-5,5'-바이벤즈이미다졸)(poly(2,2'-(m-phenylene)-5,5'- bibenzimidazole)) 및 폴리(2,5-벤즈이미다졸)로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 수소이온 전도성 고분자를 포함하는 것인 연료전지용 막-전극 어셈블리.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 미세기공층은 입자상의 탄소물질, 바인더 및 용매를 포함하며, 점도가 1500 내지 3000cps인 도포용 조성물을 도포하여 제조된 것인 연료전지용 전극기재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 도포용 조성물은 점도가 1500 내지 3000cps인 것인 연료진지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 고형분 중에서 탄소물질의 함량은 20 내지 40 중량%인 것인 연료전지용 전극기재의 제조방법.
