Claims (2)
- 다이와 플러그 사이를 통과시켜 바깥지름과 안지름을 동시에 축소시키고 "V"형 홈을 후가공하는 캠 샤프트용 파이프 제조방법에 있어서,상기 다이와 플러그 사이를 2회 이상 통과시켜 두께를 조절한 후 모재를 마지막으로 다이와 플러그 사이를 통과시키고자 할 때 "V"형 홈을 내측에 일정 분할간격으로 2개 이상 일체로 형성시킨 칼날이 구비된 다이와 통상의 플러그 사이를 통과시켜 파이프 형상의 모재 외측에 "V"형 홈이 0.4mm 이상의 깊이로 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 캠 샤프트용 냉간 인발 파이프 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 "V"형의 홈 형상이 반원형, 사각형, 사다리꼴형, "U"자형 중 선택된 어느 하나의 형태인 것을 특징으로 하는 캠 샤프트용 냉간 인발 파이프 제조방법.
