Claims (5)
- 기판;상기 기판 상부에 구비되어 비초해상 파워의 빔의 조사에 의해 반복 기록이 가능한 기록층이 되거나 초해상 파워의 빔의 조사에 의해 초해상층이 되는 하이브리드층;상기 하이브리드층 상부에 구비되어 초해상 파워의 빔이 맺히는 부분에서 열적 반응이 일어나 마크가 형성되는 초해상 기록층;을 포함하여 빔의 파워에 따라 가변적인 1회 기록형 영역과 반복 기록형 영역을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 하이브리드층은 상변화 물질로 이루어지고, 상기 초해상 기록층은 PtOx, AuOx, PdOx 및 AgOx로 이루어진 금속산화물에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 정보저장매체.
- 기판, 상기 기판 상부에 구비되어 반복 기록이 가능한 기록층이 되거나 초해상 현상을 발생시키는 초해상층이 되는 하이브리드층, 상기 하이브리드층 상부에 구비되는 초해상 기록층을 포함하고, 1회 기록형 영역과 반복 기록형 영역을 가지는 정보저장매체에 데이터를 기록/재생하는 방법에 있어서,상기 반복 기록형 영역의 하이브리드층에 비초해상 파워의 빔을 조사하여 반복 기록형 마크를 기록하는 단계;상기 1회 기록형 영역에 초해상 파워의 빔을 조사하여 하이브리층에서 초해상 현상이 일어나고 초해상 기록층에 1회 기록형 마크를 형성하는 단계;재생빔의 파워를 달리하여 상기 반복 기록형 마크와 1회 기록형 마크를 재생하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 하이브리드층은 상변화 물질로 이루어지고, 상기 초해상 기록층은 PtOx, AuOx, PdOx 및 AgOx로 이루어진 금속산화물에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 재질로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 3항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 1회 기록형 영역과 반복 기록형 영역의 경계는 가변적인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
