Claims (12)
- 격벽에 의해 구획된 둘 이상의 동일 또는 상이한 체적의 공간을 가지며, 일면이 개방된 케이스와;상기 케이스의 개방면에 고정되며, 상기 각각의 공간을 외부로 연통시키는 둘 이상의 상이한 단면적의 홀을 갖는 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감용 공명기.
- 삭제
- 격벽에 의해 구획된 둘 이상의 상이한 체적의 공간을 가지며, 일면이 개방된 케이스와;상기 케이스의 개방면에 고정되며, 상기 각각의 공간을 외부로 연통시키는 둘 이상의 동일한 단면적의 홀을 갖는 커버를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감용 공명기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서,상기 격벽에 의해 형성된 공간의 내부에는 흡음재가 추가적으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감용 공명기.
- 제1항 또는 제3항을 따른 공명기를 장착한 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
- 본체와;상기 본체에 장착되는 광원와;상기 본체에 회전가능하게 장착되어 상기 광원에서 조사된 빛을 반사시키는 다면경과;상기 다면경에서 반사된 빛을 외부로 조사시키는 결상렌즈를 포함하는 광학 주사 장치에 있어서,상기 본체의 내부에 격벽을 형성하여, 상기 격벽에 의해 구획되는 둘 이상의 공간을 형성하고,상기 각각의 공간의 개방면에 부착되며, 상기 공간을 외부로 연통시키는 홀을 갖는 커버를 추가적으로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 격벽은 본체의 강도를 증가시키기 위한 리브인 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 케이스에 형성된 공간은 동일한 체적을 가지며, 상기 각각의 홀은 단면적 및 깊이를 달리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 각각의 홀은 동일한 단면적 및 깊이를 가지며, 상기 각각의 공간의 체적을 달리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
- 제6항에 있어서,상기 격벽에 의해 형성된 공간의 내부에는 흡음재가 추가적으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 상기 케이스는 플라스틱 사출에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 소음 저감용 공명기.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 격벽에 의해 형성된 공간의 내부에는 흡음재가 추가적으로 부착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광학 주사 장치.
