Claims (5)
- 일측에 트레이 공급부를 구비한 본체;상기 트레이 공급부를 경계로 하여 상기 본체에 위치되며, 전자부품이 적재된 트레이가 적재된 매거진이 보관되는 한 쌍의 매거진 보관부;상기 한 쌍의 매거진 보관부의 측부에 각각 마련되어, 상기 전자제품을 강제제습시키는 제습부들;상기 매거진 보관부에 보관된 상기 매거진을 상기 트레이 공급부로 이송시키는 엘리베이터; 및상기 엘리베이터 일측에 위치되도록 상기 본체에 마련되어, 상기 엘리베이터에 의하여 이송되는 상기 매거진에 적재된 전자부품을 화학적으로 제습시키는 엘리베이터측 제습부를 포함하는 트레이 피더.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 제습부들 각각은 상기 매거진 보관부의 일측에 상기 매거진 보관부와 연통되어 장착된 케이스와, 상기 케이스의 내부를 상기 본체 측과 외기 측으로 구획하도록 설치된 열전소자와, 상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어 상기 케이스 내부로 자연유입된 공기를 상기 본체 측으로 강제순환시키는 제습측 순환팬과, 상기 케이스 내부에 설치되어 상기 케이스 내부로 자연유입된 공기를 외기 측으로 강제순환시키는 방열측 순환팬을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 트레이 피더.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 매거진의 일측에는 상기 매거진에 적재된 전자부품을 화학적으로 제습시키는 매거진측 제습부가 더 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트레이 피더.
- 제 1항 또는 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 화학적인 제습은 실리카겔(Silica-gel), 제오라이트(Zeolite), 오산화인(phosphorus pentoxide), 산화바륨(barium oxide) 및 산화칼슘(calcium oxide) 으로 구성된 군 중에서 선택된 어느 하나로 마련되어 제습되는 것을 특징으로 하는 트레이 피더.
