Claims (6)
- 백라이트, 및 하나의 픽셀에 R(Red), G(Green), B(blue)의 서브픽셀을 갖는 칼라필터를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 불량화소를 검출하기 위한 휘도검사장치에 있어서,상기 칼라필터 각각의 서브픽셀(RGB)의 휘도가 서로 다르게 출력되는 감도를 갖는 촬상수단; 및 상기 촬상된 각 서브픽셀(RGB)의 휘도를 동일하게 상기 백라이트의 출사광을 필터링하기 위한 휘도조절수단을 포함하며, 상기 액정표시장치의 백라이트 상부에 상기 휘도조절수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하며,상기 휘도조절수단은 상기 촬상수단의 감도를 보상하는 필터링 특성을 갖는 필터이며, 상기 백라이트의 출사광을 분산시켜 입사하기 위한 분산판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘도검사장치.

- 백라이트, 및 하나의 픽셀에 R(Red), G(Green), B(blue)의 서브픽셀(RGB)을 갖는 칼라필터를 포함하는 액정표시장치의 불량화소를 검출하기 위한 휘도검사장치에 있어서,상기 칼라필터 각각의 서브픽셀(RGB)의 휘도가 서로 다르게 출력되는 감도를 갖는 촬상수단; 및 상기 백라이트에 설치되며, 상기 촬상된 각 서브픽셀(RGB)의 휘도를 동일하도록 레드광과 그린광, 및 블루광 중의 적어도 어느 하나 이상의 칼라광을 발생하는 칼라광발생수단을 포함하며,상기 칼라광발생수단은 상기 촬상수단의 감도를 보상하는 칼라광을 발생하는 LED인 것을 특징으로 하며, 상기 백라이트의 출사광을 분산시켜 입사하기 위한 분산판을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 휘도검사장치.
