Claims (10)
- 밸브 종축, 고정된 밸브 시트를 갖는 밸브 시트체, 밸브 시트체를 수용하여 상기 밸브 시트체와 견고하게 결합된 밸브 시트 지지체, 및 상기 밸브 시트체의 밸브 시트와 협동하는 밸브 폐쇄체를 포함하는 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템용 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브 시트체(16)는 외주면(44)을 포함하고, 상기 외주면은 상기 밸브 시트체(16)와 상이한 재료로 구성된 코팅(45)을 가지며, 상기 코팅에 의해 상기 밸브 시트체(16)와 상기 밸브 시트 지지체(1) 사이의 유압 밀봉 결합이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅(45)은 상기 밸브 시트체(16)의 상기 외주면(44)의 축방향 일부 영역에서만 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 구리, 아연, 및 니켈 중 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅은 PTFE를 포함하는 플라스틱이 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 밸브 시트체(16)의 상기 외주면(44)에 있는 원주 방향홈(48)에 상기 코팅(45)이 채워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅(45)은 원주 방향 전체에 걸쳐서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 밸브 종축, 고정된 밸브 시트를 갖는 밸브 시트체, 밸브 시트체를 수용하여 상기 밸브 시트체와 견고하게 결합된 밸브 시트 지지체, 및 상기 밸브 시트체의 밸브 시트와 협동하는 밸브 폐쇄체를 포함하는 내연기관의 연료 분사 시스템용 연료 분사 밸브에 있어서,상기 밸브 시트체(16)는 접착제가 제공된 외주면(44)을 포함하며, 상기 접착제에 의해 상기 밸브 시트체(16)와 상기 밸브 시트 지지체(1) 사이의 유압 밀봉 결합이 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 상기 밸브 시트체(16)의 상기 외주면(44)의 축방향 일부 영역에만 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 마이크로캡슐화된 접착제가 사용되며, 상기 접착제 캡슐은 상기 밸브 시트체(16)가 상기 밸브 시트 지지체(1) 내에 압입될 때 파괴되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
- 제 7 항 또는 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 접착제는 원주 방향 전체에 걸쳐서 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연료 분사 밸브.
