Claims (14)
- 은/염화은 층; 염화은 층의 상부면에 적층되며 염화칼륨, 염화나트륨, 질산칼륨 및 질산암모늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 물질을 함유하는 실리콘계 고분자막; 실리콘계 고분자막의 상부면에 적층되는 퍼플루오리네이티드 아이노머막; 및 퍼플루오리네이티드 아이노머막 상부면에 적층되는 폴리우레탄계막을 포함하여 구성되는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실리콘계 고분자막이 실리콘 고무인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 퍼플루오리네이티드 아이노머가 나피온인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 막이 테코플렉스폴리우레탄, 폴리염화비닐 및 실리콘 고무로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 막이 실란화제, 아이노포어, 친유성 이온 첨가제 및 가소제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 실란화제가 사염화규소(SiCl4 ), 아미노프로필트리에톡시실란(aminopropyltriethoxysilane), 메틸트리메톡시실란 (methyltrimethoxysilane), 3-메타크릴옥시프로필트리메톡시실란(3-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane), N-(2-아미노에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란(N-(2-aminoethyl)-3-aminopropyl trimethoxysilane), N-(2-(비닐벤질아미노)에틸)-3-아미노프로필트리메톡시실란(N-(2-vinylbenzylamino)ethyl)-3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane), 페닐트리메톡시실란(phenyltrimethoxysilane) 및 3-글리시드옥시프로필트리메톡시실란(3-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane)으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 아이노포어가 트리도데실아민, 4-노나데실피리딘, N,N-디옥타데실메틸아민 및 옥타데실이소니코티네이티드로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 친유성 이온 첨가제가 포타슘 테트라키스(p-클로로페닐)보레이트 및 소듐테트라페닐보레이트로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 가소제가 디옥틸 아디페이트, 비스(1-부틸펜틸)데칸-1,10-딜 디글루타레이트, 디부틸 세바케이트 및 2-니트로페닐 옥틸에테르로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극.
- 은/염화은 층의 표면이 고정화 전해질 용액으로 코팅되는 단계(제1단계);염화은 층의 상부면이 보호용 전해질 용액으로 2차 코팅되는 단계(제2단계);2차 코팅된 전극을 열경화하는 단계(제3단계); 및열경화된 2차 코팅된 전극의 상부면에 폴리우레탄계 막을 적층하는 단계(제4단계)를 포함하여 구성되는 고체상 기준전극의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 고정화 전해질 용액이 염화칼륨, 염화나트륨, 질산칼륨 및 질산암모늄으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나의 물질로 포화되고, 실리콘 고무가 첨가되어 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 보호용 전해질 용액이 나피온인 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 열경화가 80-140℃의 온도에서 10분-10시간 동안 처리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극의 제조방법.
- 제 10항에 있어서, 상기 폴리우레탄계 막이 테코플렉스폴리우레탄; 폴리염화비닐; 실리콘 고무; 및 실란화제, 아이노포어, 친유성 이온 첨가제 및 가소제로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고체상 기준전극의 제조방법.
