Claims (6)
- 인버터의 전력 반도체 스위치에 구동신호로서 펄스 폭 변조신호를 출력하는 PWM(펄스 폭 변조) 버퍼와;상기 PWM 버퍼에 PWM(펄스 폭 변조) 신호를 제공하는 주제어기와;상기 PWM 버퍼와 상기 주제어기 사이에 접속되어, 상기 주제어기의 PWM 신호에 단락이 발생함을 검출하여, 단락 검출시 상기 PWM 버퍼의 출력을 차단하는 PWM 단락 검출기와;상기 전력 반도체 스위치를 경유하는 전류 루프에 연결되어 전류량에 따른 전압를 검출하는 병렬 저항과;상기 병렬 저항에 의해 검출된 전압과 미리 설정된 전압 레벨을 비교하여 과전류 검출 신호를 출력하는 비교기와;상기 비교기의 출력단 및 상기 PWM 버퍼에 접속되어, 상기 비교기가 과전류 검출 신호를 출력하면 상기 과전류 검출 신호를 래치하여 상기 PWM 버퍼의 출력을 차단하도록 제어하는 신호를 출력하는 래치;로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 보호 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비교기는병렬 저항에 의해 검출된 전압이 내려가면 인버터의 전력 반도체 스위치에 과전류가 흐르는 것으로 판단하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 보호 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 PWM 버퍼는래치의 출력 레벨인 하이 레벨 또는, 로우 레벨에 의해 구동 신호의 출력을 온/오프하게 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터 보호 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 래치는트립신호를 상기 주제어기로 출력하게 연결구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 인버터의 과전류 검출 장치.
