Claims (6)
- 서브스트레이트에 일정 두께의 코팅액을 코팅할 수 있도록 내측에 일정 직경의 관로가 형성된 코팅 장치의 코팅 노즐에 있어서,상기 관로의 표면에는 다수의 유체 저항 감소 부재가 형성되어 있되, 상기 유체 저항 감소 부재는 반구 형태의 엠보싱 및 삼각 형태의 엠보싱중 선택된 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 장치의 코팅 노즐.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유체 저항 감소 부재는 두께 및 길이가 1~5㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 장치의 코팅 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 서브스트레이트는 이차 전지용 극판인 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 장치의 코팅 노즐.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 코팅액은 솔벤트에 이차 전지용 활물질 및 바인더가 녹아 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 코팅 노즐.
