Abstract
Description
상기 백색 미장재 및 안료의 교반단계에서 사용하는 교반기는 입도가 낮은 백색 미장재와 안료의 비산을 방지하기 위하여 진공교반기를 사용하여 교반하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

- 삭제
- 콘크리트 표면 또는 구조물의 미장을 위하여 시멘트와 골재를 혼합하고 그 시멘트와 골재의 혼합재료에 혼화재를 넣어 콘크리트 또는 구조물 모체 표면에 착상시키는 콘크리트 벽면 미장재에 있어서,백색 포틀랜드 시멘트를 원재료로 하여 주성분을 구성하고, 상기 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트 입자들과 분말상으로 혼합되어 섞일 수 있는 백색 입자상의 골재가 부재료로 부성분을 구성하며, 상기 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트 및 상기 골재와 혼합되어 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트와 골재에 대하여 상호 접착력과 접착강도 및 수밀성과 건습에 따른 체적변화와 동결과 융해에 대한 내구성을 증진시키는 혼화재로서 접착제와 보습제를 상기 원재료와 부재료에 각각 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트65중량%, 골재(규사/백색돌가루)30중량%, 접착제2.5중량%, 보습제2.5중량%를 혼합하여 이루어진 백색 미장재를 97~99.5중량% 비율로 조성하고, 그 조성된 백색 미장재에 색상에 따라 0.5~3.00중량%의 비율로 50~100nm 범위의 입경 분포를 갖는 분말상의 안료를 혼합하여 백색 미장재에 안료를 첨가하여 조성되며, 상기 안료는, 세라믹 안료를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽면 컬러미장재.

- 콘크리트 표면 또는 구조물의 벽면 미장을 위하여 시멘트와 골재를 혼합하고 그 시멘트와 골재의 혼합재료에 혼화재를 넣어 콘크리트 또는 구조물 모체 표면에 착상되는 벽면 미장재를 제조하기 위한 제조방법에 있어서,백색 포틀랜드 시멘트(65중량%)를 원재료로 하여 주성분을 구성하고, 상기 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트 입자들과 분말상으로 혼합되어 섞일 수 있는 백색 입자상의 골재(30중량%)가 부재료로 부성분을 구성하며, 상기 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트 및 상기 골재와 혼합되어 백색 포틀랜드 시멘트와 골재에 대하여 상호 접착력과 접착강도 및 수밀성 그리고 건습에 따른 체적변화와 동결과 융해에 대한 내구성을 증진시키기 위해 혼화재(5중량%)를 포함하는 백색 미장재 조성단계와;상기 백색 미장재 조성단계로부터 조성된 백색 미장재를 내부 공간이 비워져 있는 용기상의 교반기에 투입하는 백색 미장재 투입단계와;상기 교반기에 투입되는 백색 미장재는 원하는 색상을 얻기 위한 안료의 선택에 따라 97~99.5중량%의 비율 범위에서 조절하고, 그 백색 미장재에 대하여 선별된 안료의 혼합 비율을 기준으로 0.5~3.00중량% 범위로 하여 50~100nm 범위의 입경분포를 가지는 안료를 투입하는 안료투입단계와;상기 백색 미장재 및 안료가 용기 내에 투입이 완료되면 백색 미장재와 안료를 골고루 혼합하는 교반단계를 포함하며,상기 백색 미장재 및 안료의 교반단계에서 사용하는 교반기는 입도가 낮은 백색 미장재와 안료의 비산을 방지하기 위하여 진공교반기를 사용하여 교반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벽면 컬러미장재 제조방법.
