Claims (17)
- 수평균분자량 300 - 500,000 범위의, 말단부의 불포화를 포함하는 중합체 사슬을 60% 이상 갖는, α-올레핀의 혼성배열 중합체 또는 공중합체의 제조에 사용하기에 적합한 촉매계로서,(A) 하기 화학식의 메탈로센 :[RmCpH(5-m)][RnCpH(5-n)]M(Z)Y(식중, CpH는 시클로펜타디에닐 리간드이고,각각의 R은 CpH 리간드 상의 알킬 또는 아릴 치환체를 나타내고, 또는 두 R은 서로 결합하여 고리를 형성하고,M은 하프늄, 지르코늄 및 티타늄에서 선택된 금속이며,m 및 n의 각각은 동일 또는 상이하며 0 내지 5의 값을 가지고,Z 및 Y는 메틸기이다), 및(B) (ⅰ) 트리알킬알루미늄 또는 트리알킬보론 화합물, 및 (ⅱ) 트리아릴보론 화합물을 포함하는 조촉매를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.

- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 트리알킬알루미늄 또는 트리알킬보론 화합물 대 트리아릴보론 화합물의 몰 비율이 0.01 내지 300 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 메탈로센 및/또는 조촉매가 지지되는 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 제 10 항에 있어서, 지지체가 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 촉매계.
- 내부 불포화가 없고 오직 말단부 불포화만을 함유하는, α-올레핀의 중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 에틸렌과 α-올레핀의 공중합체의 제조 방법으로서, 제 1 항에 따른 촉매계의 존재 하에 α-올레핀을 중합 또는 공중합시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 1-부텐인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 1-데센인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 촉매계를 사용하여, 수평균분자량 300-500,000 범위의, 말단부의 불포화를 포함하는 중합체 사슬을 60% 이상 갖는, α-올레핀의 혼성배열 중합체 또는 공중합체의 분자량을 조절하기 위한 방법.
