Claims (18)
- 비-탄소 재료의 평균 입도가 RM이고 탄소 재료의 평균 입도가 RC이라고 할 때 RM/RC 비가 1 이하이고, 상기 비-탄소 재료의 중량이 WM이고 상기 탄소의 중량이 WC이라고 할 때 WM/WC 비가 1 이하인 비-탄소 재료 및 탄소 재료의 혼합물을 포함하고,상기 비-탄소 재료가, 리튬과 조합하여 화학식 LixMM' (식중, M 및 M'은 각각 Li 및 C를 제외한 원소이고 x≥0.01 관계가 만족됨)으로 나타내어지는 합금으로 구성되고,M 과 M' 중 하나 이상이 각각 Si, Sn, Al 및 In으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 원소인 음극 재료.

- 리튬 복합 산화물을 함유하는 양극,상기 양극에 대향하여 배치되고 리튬이 도핑/탈도핑될 수 있는 비-탄소 재료 및 탄소 재료의 혼합물을 함유하는 음극, 및상기 양극 및 상기 음극 사이에 배치된 비수성 전해질을 포함하고,상기 비-탄소 재료의 평균 입도가 RM이고 상기 탄소 재료의 평균 입도가 RC이라고 할 때 RM/RC 비가 1 이하이고, 상기 비-탄소 재료의 중량이 WM이고 상기 탄소의 중량이 WC이라고 할 때 WM/WC 비가 1 이하이고,상기 비-탄소 재료가, 리튬과 조합하여 화학식 LixMM' (식중, M 및 M'은 각각 Li 및 C를 제외한 원소이고 x≥0.01 관계가 만족됨)으로 나타내어지는 합금으로 구성되고,M 과 M' 중 하나 이상이 각각 Si, Sn, Al 및 In으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 원소인 비수성 전해질 전지.

- 규소 화합물의 평균 입도가 RSi이고 탄소 재료의 평균 입도가 RC이라고 할 때 RSi/RC 비가 1 이하인 규소 화합물 및 탄소 재료의 혼합물을 포함하는 음극 재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 규소 화합물이 화학식 MxSi (식중, M은 Li 및 Si를 제외한 원소이고 x≥0.01 관계가 만족됨)로 나타내어지는 것인 음극 재료.
- 제10항에 있어서, M이 B, C, N, O, Na, Mg, Al, P, S, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Rb, Y, Mo, Rh, Pd, In, Sn, Cs, Ba, Ce 또는 Ta에서 선택된 것인 음극 재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 재료가 난흑연화성 탄소, 흑연화성 탄소 재료 및 흑연 재료 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것인 음극 재료.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 재료가 난흑연화성 탄소, 흑연화성 탄소 및 흑연으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 2종 이상의 재료를 함유하는 것인 음극 재료.
- 리튬 복합 산화물을 함유하는 양극,상기 양극에 대향하여 배치되고 규소 화합물 및 탄소 재료의 혼합물을 함유하는 음극, 및상기 양극 및 상기 음극 사이에 배치된 비수성 전해질을 포함하고,상기 규소 화합물의 평균 입도가 RSi이고 상기 탄소 재료의 평균 입도가 RC이라고 할 때 RSi/RC 비가 1 이하인비수성 전해질 전지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 규소 화합물이 화학식 MxSi (식중, M은 Li 및 Si를 제외한 원소이고 x≥0.01 관계가 만족됨)로 나타내어지는 것인 비수성 전해질 전지.
- 제15항에 있어서, M이 B, C, N, O, Na, Mg, Al, P, S, K, Ca, Ti, V, Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn, Rb, Y, Mo, Rh, Pd, In, Sn, Cs, Ba, Ce 또는 Ta에서 선택된 것인 비수성 전해질 전지.
- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 탄소 재료가 난흑연화성 탄소, 흑연화성 탄소 재료 및 흑연 재료 중 1종 이상을 함유하는 것인 비수성 전해질 전지.
