Claims (8)
- 발광소자가 일체형으로 구비된 태양전지모듈에 있어서,강화유리;상기 강화유리 하부에 적층되는 상부 EVA 필름과 하부 EVA 필름;상기 상부 EVA 필름과 하부 EVA 필름 사이에 배치되고 전도성을 갖는 리본에 의해 직렬 또는 병렬로 배열되어 태양에너지를 전기에너지로 변환시키는 다수개의 태양전지 셀;상기 하부 EVA 필름의 하부에 배치되는 백시트;상기 백시트 하부 일측면에 구비되고, 배터리 또는 콘덴서와 회로기판으로 이루어진 컨트롤 박스;상기 강화유리의 하부 일측면에 구비되고, 낮 동안에 상기 태양전지 셀에 의해 상기 배터리 또는 콘덴서에 충전된 전기가 상기 회로기판의 제어동작에 의해 밤 동안에 인가되어 발광되는 적어도 하나의 발광다이오드;를 포함하고,상기 회로기판은 스위칭 수단을 구비하고, 그 스위칭 수단의 동작에 의해 상기 태양전지 셀측으로부터 전기에너지의 입력이 있을 경우 그 전기에너지를 배터리 또는 콘덴서에 충전시키고, 상기 태양전지 셀측으로부터 전기에너지의 입력이 없을 경우 상기 배터리 또는 콘덴서에 충전된 전기에너지를 방전시켜 상기 발광다이오드를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자가 일체형으로 구비된 태양전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 태양전지 셀 중 일부를 발광소자 전용 셀로 특정하고, 그 전용 셀로부터 생산된 전기에너지를 충전한 다음, 그 전기에너지를 발광소자 발광 전용으로 사용하여 상기 발광다이오드를 발광시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자가 일체형으로 구비된 태양전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 강화유리에는 적어도 하나의 관통홀이 형성되고 그 관통홀에 상기 발광다이오드가 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자가 일체형으로 구비된 태양전지모듈.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 강화유리의 관통홀에 발광다이오드를 삽입시킨 다음 투명실리콘액으로 몰딩시켜 방수처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자가 일체형으로 구비된 태양전지모듈.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 컨트롤 박스내에 배터리 또는 콘덴서와 회로기판을 배치시킨 다음 실리콘액 또는 에폭시수지로 몰딩시켜 방수처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발광소자가 일체형으로 구비된 태양전지모듈.
