Claims (10)
- 두 가지 이상의 고분자 성분으로 이루어진 분할형 필라멘트로부터 분할되며 0.05 내지 0.2 데니어의 섬도를 갖는 세섬도 필라멘트를 포함하는 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 분할형 필라멘트는 제1성분인 폴리에스테르, 및 제2성분인 폴리올레핀으로 이루어지는 것인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1성분 및 제2성분의 중량비는 20:80 내지 80:20인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스펀본드 부직포 격리막은 수계 아크릴계 화합물, 우레탄계 화합물, 비닐알코올계 화합물, 및 비닐아세테이트계 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 1종 이상의 화합물로 친수성 처리된 것인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스펀본드 부직포 격리막은 계면활성제 처리, 또는 플 라즈마 처리에 의해 친수성 처리된 것인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막.
- 두 가지 이상의 고분자 성분으로 이루어진 분할형 필라멘트를 이용하여 스펀본드 부직포를 제조하는 단계; 및상기 제조된 스펀본드 부직포의 분할형 필라멘트로부터 세섬도의 필라멘트를 분리시키는 단계를 포함하는 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 세섬도의 필라멘트를 분리시키는 단계는 50 내지 300 kg.f/cm2의 수압으로 워터펀칭(water punching)하는 것인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막의 제조방법은 상기 분리공정을 거친 스펀본드 부직포를 열융착시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막의 제조방법.
- 제7항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막의 제조방법은 상기 스펀본드 부직포에 친수성 처리를 하는 단계를 더 포함하는 것인 배터리용 스펀본드 부직포 격리막의 제조방법.
