Claims (25)
- 0.5 중량% 미만의 유리 석회 및 0.5 중량% 미만의 유리산을 함유하는 무수 인산일칼슘을 230℃ 내지 265℃에서 2 내지 5 시간 동안 가열하여 생성되며, P2O7를 25 내지 72 중량%로 함유하고, 중화가가 70 내지 80이고, 점화 손실이 7 내지 14%인 것을 특징으로 하는, 제과 및 제빵 제품용 팽창용 산성 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 P2O7을 40 내지 70중량%로 함유하는 조성물.
