Claims (5)
- 점토 벽돌의 주성분으로 백토 30~70중량%, 흑점토 10~30중량%, 장석 7~20중량%, 석탄회(Fly Ash) 2~45중량% 및 제지 소각회(Paper Ash) 3~10중량%를 포함하며, 벽돌의 내부에 다수의 공동(空洞)이 공동율은 30 ~ 35% 되도록 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 경량 점토 벽돌.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 벽돌의 주성분 100중량부에 대하여, 이산화망간(MnO2) 1~4중량부, 산화구리(CuO) 0.5~2.0중량부, 이산화티탄(TiO2) 1.0~4.0중량부, 산화제이철(F2O3) 0.5~4.0중량부 및 산화크롬(Cr2O3) 1~2.5중량부로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 경량 점토 벽돌.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 점토 벽돌의 주성분 100중량부에 대하여 첨가물로서 이산화티탄(TiO2) 1.0~2.5중량부 및 산화제이철(F2O3) 0.5~4.0중량부를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성의 유색 경량 점토 벽돌.
- 삭제
- 점토벽돌의 주성분으로 백토 30~70중량%, 흑점토 10~30중량%, 장석 7~20중량%, 석탄회(Fly Ash) 2~45중량% 및 제지 소각회(Paper Ash) 3~10중량%를 혼합·분쇄하는 제 1 단계 ;상기 혼합·분쇄물 100중량부에 대하여 수분량이 15~21중량부가 되도록 유지하여 혼련하고, 상기 혼련된 혼합·분쇄물을 공동(空洞)이 다수개 형성된 다공 금형이 장착된 진공 압출기를 통하여 공동율(空洞率)이 30~35%가 되도록 압출시킨 후 상기 압출된 소지를 벽돌 형상으로 성형시키는 제 2 단계 ;상기 성형된 벽돌의 온도를 120℃ 까지 시간당 50℃ 내외로 서서히 승온시키면서 48~60 시간 동안 건조시키는 제 3 단계 ; 및상기 건조된 벽돌의 표면이 외부에 노출되게 적재하거나 또는 벽돌의 표면을 포개거나 맞대어 적재한 후, 온도가 1030~1100℃ 까지 승온되도록 조절된 터널요 또는 불연속요에서 15~40시간 동안 소성하는 제 4 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 경량 점토 벽돌의 제조방법.
