Claims (19)
- 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치; 및전기용량이 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치 전기 용량의 4 내지 100 배이고, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치에 도체를 통하여 직렬로 연결되어 있는 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치를 포함하며,상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치의 온도 변화에 따른 전기용량 저하 및 충/방전 반복에 따른 전기용량 저하가 각각 상기 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치의 온도 변화에 따른 전기용량 저하 및 충/방전 반복에 따른 전기용량 저하보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치 및 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치가 각각 2 차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 2 차 전지가 납축전지, 니켈-카드뮴(Ni-Cd) 전지, 니켈-수소전지, 또는 리튬이온 전지인 것을 특징으로 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치가 캐페시터이고, 상기 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치가 2 차 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 2차 전지는 납축전지, 니켈-카드뮴(Ni-Cd) 전지, 니켈-수소전지, 또는 리튬이온 전지이고, 상기 캐페시터는 전기 이중층 캐페시터, 금속산화물 의사캐페시터, 또는 하이브리드 캐페시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치 및 상기 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치가 각각 캐페시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 캐페시터가 전기이중층 캐페시터, 금속산화물 의사캐페시터 또는 하이브리드 캐페시터인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치의 양단에 연결되어 있는 과전압 방지장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 과전압 방지장치가 설정전압과 인가전압을 비교하는 전압비교기, 상기 전압비교기에서의 전압비교결과 인가전압이 설정전압을 초과하는 경우 통전시키는 스위치, 및 상기 스위치가 통전되는 경우 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치를 방전시키는 브리드 저항을 포함하는 과전압 방지회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 과전압 방지장치가 제너다이오드인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 과전압 방지장치가 션트 레귤레이터인 것을 특징으 로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치의 양단에 연결되어 있는 과방전 방지장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치.
- 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치, 및 전기용량이 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치 전기용량의 4 내지 100 배이고, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치에 도체를 통하여 직렬로 연결되어 있는 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치를 포함하며, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치의 온도 변화에 따른 전기용량 저하 및 충/방전 반복에 따른 전기용량 저하가 각각 상기 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치의 온도 변화에 따른 전기용량 저하 및 충/방전 반복에 따른 전기용량 저하보다 적은 전기에너지 저장장치에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치를 0V 이하까지 방전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치의 충방전 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치는 전기이중층 캐페시터이고, 상기 제 2 전기에너지 저장장치는 납축전지, 니켈-카드뮴(Ni-Cd) 전지, 니켈-수소전지, 또는 리튬이온 전지인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치의 충방전 방법.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치의 양단에 연결된 과전압 방지장치를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치의 충방전 방법.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 과전압 방지장치가 설정전압과 인가전압을 비교하 는 전압비교기, 상기 전압비교기에서의 전압비교결과 인가전압이 설정전압을 초과하는 경우 통전시키는 스위치, 및 상기 스위치가 통전되는 경우 상기 제 1 전기에너지 저장장치를 방전시키는 브리드 저항을 포함하는 과전압 방지회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기에너지 저장장치의 충방전 방법.
