Claims (10)
- PCR 채널이 형성되어 있는 PCR 칩의 각 입구에 대응되는 제1 관통공 및 상기 PCR 칩의 각 출구에 대응되는 제2 관통공을 포함하고,PCR 혼합액이 주입되는 경우 상기 제1 관통공은 대응되는 상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구와 연통되고, 상기 제2 관통공은 대응되는 상기 PCR 칩의 각 출구와 연통되어 상기 제1 관통공 또는 제2 관통공을 통하여 상기 PCR 채널의 내부로 PCR 혼합액이 주입되도록 되어 있고,PCR 혼합액이 주입된 후에, 슬라이딩 이동되어 상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구 및 출구가 밀봉되도록 되어 있는, PCR 혼합액을 PCR 칩의 각 PCR 채널에 주입하기 위한 장치로서, PCR 혼합액이 주입된 후에, 슬라이딩 이동되어 상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구에 대응되는 제1 돌기부 및 상기 PCR 칩의 각 출구에 대응되는 제2 돌기부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 제1 돌기부와 제2 돌기부는 탄성부재로 되어 있어 대응되는 상기 각 입구 및 출구가 밀봉되도록 되어 있는 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주입 장치의 상부에 놓여지고 상기 주입 장치를 고정하는 상부 하우징과 체결되어 일정한 위치에 고정될 수 있도록 하는 고정 수단이 더 구비되어 있는 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 톱니인 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 관통공과 제1 관통공의 사이 또는 제2 관통공과 제2 관통공 사이에 홈이 설치되어 있는 장치.
- PCR 채널이 형성되어 있는 PCR 칩,상기 PCR 칩의 하부에 놓여져 상기 PCR 칩의 하부를 고정하는 하부 하우징,상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구에 대응되는 제1 관통공 및 상기 PCR 칩의 각 출구에 대응되는 제2 관통공을 포함하고,PCR 혼합액이 주입되는 경우 상기 제1 관통공은 대응되는 상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구와 연통되고, 상기 제2 관통공은 대응되는 상기 PCR 칩의 각 출구와 연통되어 상기 제1 관통공 또는 제2 관통공을 통하여 상기 PCR 채널의 내부로 PCR 혼합액이 주입되도록 되어 있고,PCR 혼합액이 주입된 후에, 슬라이딩 이동되어 상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구 및 출구가 밀봉되도록 되어 있는, PCR 혼합액을 PCR 칩의 각 PCR 채널에 주입하기 위한 장치로서, PCR 혼합액이 주입된 후에, 슬라이딩 이동되어 상기 PCR 칩의 각 입구에 대응되는 제1 돌기부 및 상기 PCR 칩의 각 출구에 대응되는 제2 돌기부가 설치되어 있고, 상기 제1 돌기부와 제2 돌기부는 탄성부재로 되어 있어 대응되는 상기 각 입구 및 출구가 밀봉되도록 되어 있는, PCR 혼합액을 PCR 칩의 각 PCR 채널에 주입하기 위한 장치; 및상기 주입 장치의 상부에 놓여지고 상기 주입 장치를 고정하는 상부 하우징을 포함하는, PCR 칩 유니트.
- 삭제
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주입 장치는 상부 하우징과 체결되어 일정한 위치에 고정될 수 있도록 하는 고정 수단이 더 구비되어 있는 PCR 칩 유니트.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 고정수단은 톱니인 PCR 칩 유니트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 주입 장치는 제1 관통공과 제1 관통공의 사이 또는 제2 관통공과 제2 관통공 사이에 홈이 설치되어 있는 것인 PCR 칩 유니트.
