Claims (3)
- 상하면을 갖고 한 방향으로 연속하는 탄성 신축성 웨브의 적어도 한 면에, 신장성의 연속 섬유로 이루어지고 상기 한 방향으로 연속하는 신장성 웨브가 접합하여 이루어지는 복합 웨브를 상기 한 방향으로 신장시킨 후, 상기 신축성 웨브의 수축력에 의해서 수축시켜 상기 복합 웨브보다도 탄성적으로 신축되기 쉬운 복합 시트를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,상기 복합 웨브를 상기 한 방향으로 연속적으로 공급하고, 또한 상기 한 방향으로 순서대로 배치된 적어도 2조의 닙롤 쌍을 상기 한 방향의 전방에 위치하는 것만큼 둘레 속도가 빨라지도록 회전시키면서 상기 닙롤 쌍을 통과시켜 소요 배율로까지 신장시키며, 상기 닙롤 쌍을 통과할 때의 상기 복합 웨브를 각 쌍의 닙롤의 적어도 한쪽의 롤의 둘레면에 원의 1/4 이상의 넓이로 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 한 방향에 있어서 인접하는 제1 닙롤 쌍과 제2 닙롤 쌍 사이에 있어서, 상기 복합 웨브가 상기 제1 닙롤 쌍으로부터 떨어져 상기 제2 닙롤 쌍에 달하기까지의 상기 복합 웨브가 닙롤 중 어디에도 접촉해 있지 않은 거리(L)와, 상기 제1 닙롤 쌍에 진입할 때의 상기 복합 웨브의 폭(W)과의 비(L/W)가 0.01∼0.4의 범위에 들어가도록 상기 제1, 제2 닙롤 쌍을 접근시키는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 신장성 웨브가 프로필렌의 동종중합체 및 공중합체 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 연속 섬유의 웨브인 방법.
