Claims (1)
- 31.0~38.0질량%의 니켈과 1.0~6.5질량%의 코발트를 함유하는 철기(鐵基) 합금판으로 이루어지는 컬러 브라운관용 섀도마스크로서,상기 철기 합금판은 결정입도(結晶粒度)가 10 이상, 12 이하이며, 상기 철기 합금판의 압연(壓延) 방향으로 평행 및 직교하는 방향의 단면(斷面)의 결정입경(結晶粒徑)이 50㎛ 이하이며, 상기 철기 합금판의 압연 방향으로 평행하는 단면의 평균 결정입경이 30㎛이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 컬러 브라운관용 섀도마스크.
