Abstract
Description
본 실시예에 있어서 상기 발열전선(10)은 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)의 상기 가로측 길이방향과 동일한 방향인 L 형고정부재(220)와 상기 L 형 고정부재(220)와 교차하는 방향인 H 형의 바(240)사이에 설치하되, 상기 발열전선(10)이 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)에 배치되는 경우 상기 발열전선(10) 자체가 길이방향에 대해 직교형상을 이루거나 그 길이방향에 대해 연속적으로 웨이브가 형성된 주름형상을 이루도록 할 수 있지만, 비연속적으로 복합형상의 구조를 갖춘 사각, 오각, 반원형 등의 여러 형상이 되어도 좋다. 또한, 상기 발열전선(10)은 일정한 두께를 갖고 될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 발열전선(10)은 다른 예로서 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)의 가로측의 폭방향으로 설치하되 상기 발열전선(10)이 상기 L 형고정부재(220)의 가로측 길이방향과 동일한 방향으로 위치하고, 상기 L 형 고정부재(220)와 교차하는 방향으로 위치하되 상기 L 형고정부재(220)와 상기 H 형의 바(240)사이의 중간에 파묻히도록 설치할 수 있다. 또한 상기 H 형의 바(240) 대신에 T 형 금속형강으로도 채택가능함은 물론이다.

- 도로표지판의 결로 및 성에 방지장치에 있어서,일측면에 반사지(60)를 가진 도로 표지판용 알루미늄금속판(100); 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)의 타측면에 부착되고 외부전원(120)과 전기적으로 연결되고 조사가교폴리머(irradiation linkage polymer)의 발열체와 니켈도금으로 이루어진 제1 도선(8)과, 상기 제1 도선(8)과 전기적으로 비접촉되는 피복(9)을 가지고 알루미늄금속판(100)상에 소정의 간격을 두고 배치되는 발열전선(10); 상기 발열전선(10)이 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)상에 위치되도록 상기 발열전선(10)의 폭보다 큰 폭을 가지고 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)에 고정하는 방수 테이프(12); 상기 방수 테이프(12)의 상면에 형성되는 스치로폼재로 충진되는 단열재(14); 상기 발열전선(10),방수 테이프(12) 및 단열재(14)에 대하여 외부환경과의 접촉을 차단하여 보호하는 보호 덮개(16); 상기 발열전선(10),방수 테이프(12),단열재(14) 및 상기 보호 덮개(16)의 지지를 위해 소정의 간격을 두고 위치하여 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)과 결합되도록 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)의 가로방향에 대하여 직교하는 방향으로 설치된 H 형의 바(240); 및, 상기 보호 덮개(16) 및 상기 H 형의 바(240)를 상기 알루미늄금속판(100)의 가로방향에 대하여 수평하는 방향으로 고정하는 L 형 고정부재(220)를 포함하고,상기 발열전선(10)은 그 온도유지를 위해서 자율형 케이블(self-regulating(SR) cable), 유기절연형케이블(mineral-insulaed(MI) cable), 직렬배선케이블(constant wattage series cable), 영역가열형 케이블(zone heater cables), 또는 스킨형 커렌트트레이싱(skin-effect current tracing)중 하나를 이용하여 발열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도로표지판의 결로 및 성에 방지장치.
