Claims (7)
- 소결 배기가스 중 SOx와 NOx를 일관된 공정으로 처리하기 위한 배기가스 청정 시스템으로서,관로를 따라 소결기에서 배출되는 배기가스에 중탄산나트륨(NaHCO3) 분말을 공급하는 분말공급 장치와 상기 장치에 후속하여 상기 중탄산나트륨을 비롯한 소결배기가스에 혼합된 고상 및 액상 물질을 여과하는 백필터로 구성된 탈황부; 및상기 백필터에서 배출되는 잔여 배기가스로 열을 공급하는 열교환기, 상기 열교환기에 후속되고 NOx가스의 환원반응이 일어나는 선택적 촉매 반응기, 상기 선택적 촉매 반응기 전단에 위치하여 상기 선택적 촉매 반응기로 암모니아 가스를 공급하는 암모니아 공급장치, 상기 선택적 촉매 반응기에 연결된 CO가스 산화촉매 장치로 구성된 NOx 제거부;로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 CO가스 산화촉매 장치의 산화촉매는 귀금속인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 CO가스 산화촉매 장치의 산화촉매는 백금, 금 또는 팔라듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 시스템.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 백 필터에 포집된 미반응 중탄산나트륨은 별도의 저장장치에 저장되거나 아니면 바로 분말공급장치로 이송되어 반응에 이용되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 시스템.
- 소결 배기가스 중 SOx와 NOx를 일관된 공정으로 처리하기 위한 배기가스 청정 방법으로서,소결기로부터 배출되는 배기가스에 중탄산나트륨 분말을 공급하는 단계;소결 배기가스중에 포함되어 있던 고상 또는 액상의 물질을 백필터에 의해 여과 제거하는 단계;열교환기를 이용하여 최종 배출되는 가스로부터 상기 백 필터를 통과한 잔여 배기가스로 열공급하는 단계;배기가스로 암모니아 가스를 공급하는 단계;선택적 촉매 반응기 내부 분위기를 환원성 분위기로 유지하면서 상기 배기가스 중 NOx 가스를 질소와 수증기로 환원하는 단계;상기 NOx가 환원된 배기가스를 CO 산화 촉매에 통과시켜 CO가스의 산화반응을 일으키는 단계;산화반응으로 생성된 가스의 열을 상기 백 필터로부터 배출되는 잔여 배기가스로 공급하는 단계; 및배기가스를 연돌로 배출하는 단계;로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 상기 CO가스의 산화반응에 사용되는 CO 산화 촉매는 귀금속 촉매인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 귀금속 촉매는 백금, 금 또는 팔라듐인 것을 특징으로 하는 소결 배기가스 청정 방법.
