Claims (9)
- 대형 디젤 엔진용 과급기 군(supercharger group)에 있어서,상기 대형 디젤 엔진(10)의 실린더(11)에 소기용 공기로서 공급되는 공기 압축용 콤프레서(2)―여기서 콤프레서(2)는 압축된 공기용 배출구(23), 및 상기 공기를 압축하기 위해 축(A) 상에 배열되는 로터(21)를 가짐―,상기 실린더(11)로부터의 배기 가스에 의해 구동가능한 상기 콤프레서(2)의 로터(21) 구동용 터빈(3), 및상기 압축된 공기의 유속을 감소시키기 위해 상기 콤프레서(2)의 배출구(23)에 연결되는 디퓨저(4)를 포함하며,상기 콤프레서(2)의 배출구(23)가 정상적인 작동 방향과 관련하여 상기 콤프레서(2) 축(A) 이상의 높이에 배열되는과급기 군.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)가 상기 압축된 공기의 유동 방향으로 넓어지는 튜브의 형상으로 설계되고, 대체로 상기 콤프레서(2)의 다리 바닥면(foot plane; 24a)까지 연장되는 과급기 군.
- 제2항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)로부터 나오는 공기가 내부로 유입되는 급기용 공기 냉각기(5)를 포함하고, 상기 콤프레서는 플랫폼(19) 상에 자신의 다리 바닥면(24a)에 의해 배열되며, 상기 급기용 공기 냉각기(5)는 상기 플랫폼(19) 바로 아래에 배열되는 과급기 군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)가 적어도 자신의 길이 부분 전체에 걸쳐 대체로 원뿔형으로 넓어지되, 상기 넓어지는 한쪽 개구각(α)의 크기가 12°미만인 과급기 군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)가 상기 압축된 공기의 유동 방향과 관련하여 적어도 부분적으로 만곡되도록 설계되는 과급기 군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)가 상기 콤프레서(2)의 배출구(23)와 연결되는 일단부에 상기 디퓨저(4)의 타단부에 있는 배출 영역(42)의 최대 2분의 1 크기의 흡입 영역(41)을 갖는 과급기 군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)가 상기 압축된 공기의 유동 방향과 관련하여 서로 직렬 배열되는 두 부분(4a, 4b)을 포함하고, 상기 두 부분 사이에는 보정기(compensator; 43)가 제공되는 과급기 군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 디퓨저(4)는 자신 상에 작용하는 힘을 전달하기 위한 고정 수단을 가지며, 상기 고정 수단은 상기 콤프레서(2)의 로터(21) 축(A)과 대체로 동일한 높이에 배열되는 과급기 군.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 과급기 군(1)을 포함하는 대형 디젤 엔진.
