Claims (7)
- 인진쑥(Artemisia capillaris thunberg.) 추출물, 마늘 추출물 및 오가피(Acanthopanax) 추출물을 포함하는 사료조성물을 닭에게 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 올레인산(oleic acid) 강화 닭고기의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사료조성물은 인진쑥 추출물 100중량부에 대하여, 마늘 추출물 및 오가피 추출물을 각각 0.1 내지 120중량부 포함하고, 전체 사료 중량의 0.1%로 섞은 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사료조성물은 활성탄 및 목초액을 추가로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 사료조성물은 인진쑥 추출물 100중량부에 대하여, 활성탄 및/또는 목초액의 추출물을 각각 0.1 내지 50중량부 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사료조성물은 가시오가피, 호로파, 속단, 구기자, 홍화씨, 두충, 백복령, 복분자, 토사자, 인삼, 녹각 및 칼슘으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 어느 하나 이상의 추출물을 인진쑥 추출물 100중량부에 대하여, 1 내지 100중량부로 추가로 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사료 조성물의 공급은 7일 이상 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항의 방법에 의해 제조된, 총 지방산 중 올레인산 함량이 43~48%인 올레인산 강화 기능성 닭고기.
