Description
Claims (10)
- 입수유로와 출수유로, 그리고 상기 출수유로측에 압력실을 마련한 밸브본체;상기 밸브본체내에 구성되어 입수유로와 출수유로를 연결하는 내부유로를 가지되, 상기 입수유로를 통한 유체의 유입량을 조절하도록 유동하는 포핏밸브;상기 포핏밸브의 외측 둘레면에 구성되도록 하되, 상기 포핏밸브의 유동에 따라 신장 또는 압축되는 압력/유량 제어부재;상기 밸브본체의 외부 출수유로측에 결합되고, 상기 출수유로의 개폐를 제어하도록 구동하는 솔레노이드; 및,상기 밸브본체내의 일단에 구성되어 상기 입수유로의 열림에 따른 상기 포핏밸브의 유동범위를 제한하는 유동제어부재; 를 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 유동제어부재는 압력실내의 출수유로측에 마련되는 스톱퍼인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 입수유로는 출수유로의 직경과 동일하게 하거나 또는 작게 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 출수유로의 단면적은 내부유로의 단면적에 대하여 1.5배의 범위를 넘지 않도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력실에 위치하는 포핏밸브의 일면은 압력전달에 신속하게 반응하도록 음각반구 형상으로 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압력/유량 제어부재는 포핏밸브의 양단 둘레면에 마련되는 오링에 의해 밀폐되는 스프링실에 위치하도록 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 압력/유량 제어부재는 코일 스프링인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 스프링실은 진공상태에 의한 포핏밸브의 유동 성능 저하를 방지하는 진공해제부재를 더 포함하여 구성함을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 진공해제부재는 스프링실에 위치하는 밸브본체에 마련되는 제 1 통기홀인 것을 특징으로 하는 감압밸브.
