D: 화학적처리단계
Claims (4)
- 협잡물 처리기와 집수기 및 원심분리기를 순서대로 거치며 고농도의 폐수에서 비교적 대형의 협잡물을 걸러내고, 비교적 미세한 고체부유물을 함유하는 슬러지 함유물을 분리하는 전처리단계와, 폐수에 함유된 유기물을 미생물에 의하여 분해시키기 위해 폐수를 무산소기, 호기기, 제 1침전기 및 질산화기에 순서대로 거치도록 하는 미생물분해용 생물학적처리단계와, 상기 미생물분해용 생물학적처리단계 후 발생되는 슬러지 함유물에 응집제, pH조절제 및 미생물제 등을 첨가하여 폐수를 완전 정화시키기 위해 폐수를 반응기 및 제 2침전기에 순서대로 거치도록 하는 화학적처리단계와, 정화된 폐수를 방류하는 방류단계를 순서대로 행하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 고속 처리방법에 있어서,상기 전처리단계와 미생물분해용 생물학적처리단계 사이에는 상기 전처리단계에서 협잡물을 걸러낸 폐수를 제 1유량조정기를 거치면서 유량을 조절하며, 미생물 반응교반기로 유입시켜 산소와 반응시키면서 내부의 미생물을 활성화시킨 후 미생물이 활성화된 폐수를 제 2유량조정기에 임시 저장하며 유량 조절하고 나서,미생물이 활성화된 폐수를 원심농축탈수기로 이동시켜 미생물을 응집함으로써 미세한 슬러지를 분리함에 따라 일차적으로 정화하여 액상(液狀)의 비료화하는 비료화용 처리단계가 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 고농도 유기성 폐수의 고속 처리방법.
