Claims (5)
- 발포된 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드를 준비하는 단계;준비된 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면을 연마장치에 수회 접촉을 통하여 탈피 및 요철과 같은 흠집을 형성시키는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포 폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면처리방법.
- 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면처리장치에 있어서,일측 상단에는 호퍼(63)가 설치되고 타측 하단에는 배출구(59)가 설치된 본체관(51);상기 본체관(51)의 내벽에 설치된 연마재(53);상기 본체관(51)의 내부를 횡방향으로 가로지르고, 비이드가 접촉되는 외주면에 연마재가 설치된 회전샤프트(60);상기 회전샤프트(60)의 외주면에 축방향을 따라 나선형으로 설치된 스크류부재(61); 및상기 회전샤프트(60)를 구동시키기 위한 구동모터(77);를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면처리장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 스크류부재(61)는 브러쉬, 플레이트 및 핀 중 선택된 어느 하나를 나선 형 구조로 설치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면처리장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 호퍼(63)를 가로질러 회전축(65)과 다수의 블레이드(67)로 구성된 로터리밸브(69)를 설치하고, 상기 구동모터(77)에 인접한 상기 회전샤프트(60)의 일측에 구동풀리(71)를 장착하고 상기 로터리밸브(69)의 회전축(65)에 종동풀리(73)를 장착하며, 상기 구동풀리(71)와 종동풀리(73)를 벨트(75)로 연결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면처리장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 표면처리기(50)의 일측벽에는 압축공기를 분사하기 위한 공기분사노즐(80)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 발포폴리스틸렌 비이드의 표면처리장치.
