Claims (10)
- 고정자 코어와 그 고정자 코어에 감기는 고정자 코일과 그 고정자 코일에 장착되는 어스 단자를 절연성 수지로 일체 성형하여 이루어지는 고정자와, 샤프트를 구비한 회전자와, 상기 샤프트를 지지하기 위한 베어링을 장착하는 브래킷과, 상기 고정자 코어의 티스부에 설치되고 소정의 구멍 직경을 갖는 적어도 1개의 구멍에 대하여 압입되는 전도성 핀을 포함하고, 상기 핀과 상기 어스 단자를 전기적으로 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 구멍 직경이, 티스부의 폭 치수에 대하여 20% 이상, 40% 이하의 치수인 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 또한, 고정자 코일에 장착되는 커넥터를 구비하고, 어스 단자의 일측은, 상기 커넥터의 적어도 1개 단자를 경유하여 상기 커넥터의 외측에 돌출하고, 상기 어스 단자의 타측은, 전도성 핀을 통하여 고정자 코어의 티스부에 접속되도록 구성된, 모터.
- 제3항에 있어서, 커넥터의 일부가 절연성 수지로 일체 성형된 모터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 모터는, 고정자 코일이 고정자 코어의 슬롯부에서 외경으로 향하여 감긴 트로이달 모터인 모터.
- 제1항의 모터를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기.
- 제2항의 모터를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기.
- 제3항의 모터를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기.
- 제4항의 모터를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기.
- 제5항의 모터를 탑재한 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 기기.
