Claims (6)
- 충전 및 방전이 가능한 2차 전지의 전류를 조절하는 전류제한수단을 제어하는 동시에, 상기 2차 전지에 있어서의 전류, 전압 또는 전류 및 전압의 쌍방을 감시하는 배터리 상태감시회로에 있어서,직렬로 접속된 복수의 상기 2차 전지에 대해서 각각 병렬로 설치된 복수의 저항과,복수의 상기 2차 전지와 복수의 상기 저항과의 사이에 각각 설치된 복수의 스위치와,상기 스위치의 온오프를 제어함으로써, 직렬로 접속된 복수의 상기 2차 전지의 합계전압 및 각 접속점의 전압을 분압하여 모니터하는 분압전지전압 모니터회로가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 상태감시회로.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수의 상기 저항은 저항값이 동일하고, 상기 분압전지전압 모니터회로는 상기 스위치의 온오프를 제어함으로써, 상기 접속점까지의 복수의 상기 2차 전지의 평균 전지전압치를 모니터하는 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 상태감시회로.
- 외부단자인 포지티브 단자와 네가티브 단자 사이에, 충전 및 방전이 가능한 2차 전지, 상기 2차 전지의 전류를 조절하는 전류제한수단, 및 상기 전류제한수단을 제어하고 상기 2차 전지의 전압이나 전류 혹은 그 쌍방을 감시할 수 있는 배터리 상태감시회로를 구비한 배터리 장치에 있어서,상기 배터리 상태감시회로는 제1항에 기재된 배터리 상태감시회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 장치.
- 외부단자인 포지티브 단자와 네가티브 단자 사이에, 충전 및 방전이 가능한 2차 전지, 상기 2차 전지의 전류를 조절하는 전류제한수단, 및 상기 전류제한수단을 제어하고 상기 2차 전지의 전압이나 전류 혹은 그 쌍방을 감시할 수 있는 배터리 상태감시회로를 구비한 배터리 장치에 있어서,상기 배터리 상태감시회로는 제2항에 기재된 배터리 상태감시회로인 것을 특징으로 하는 배터리 장치.
- 제3항에 기재된 배터리 장치를 구비한 전자기기.
- 제4항에 기재된 배터리 장치를 구비한 전자기기.
