Claims (8)
- a) 고무 개질 스티렌 함유 그라프트 공중합체 2∼79 중량%, 열가소성 폴리아미드 수지 18∼95 중량%, 및 스티렌 함유 공중합체 3∼80 중량%로 구성되는 기초 수지 혼합물 100 중량부에 대하여,b) 스티렌-무수말레인산 공중합체, 아크릴로니트릴-부타디엔-스티렌-무수말레인산 그라프팅 공중합체(ABS-g-MA), 메틸메타크릴레이트(MMA) 및 아크릴로니트릴-스티렌-무수말레인산 그라프팅 공중합체(AS-g-MA)로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 상용화제 0.1∼15 중량부,c) 멜라민계 난연제 5∼30 중량부 및d) 유기 층상 실리케이트 0.01∼10 중량부를 포함하는 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 고무 개질 스티렌 함유 그라프트 공중합체가 부타디엔, 스티렌-부타디엔 공중합체, 이소프렌, 부타디엔-이소프렌 공중합체로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 고무 10∼60 중량%에 스티렌, 알파메틸 스티렌 및 핵치환 스티렌으로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 스티렌계 수지 30∼65 중량%; 및 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 부틸아크릴레이트로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 아크릴계 수지 10∼30 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 폴리아미드 수지가 1.5∼5.0의 상대점도를 가지는 고분자로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌 함유 공중합체가 스티렌, 알파메틸 스티렌 및 핵치환 스티렌으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물 50∼80 중량% 및 아크릴로니트릴, 메틸메타크릴레이트 및 부틸아크릴레이트으로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 화합물 20∼50 중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 멜라민계 난연제가 멜라민, 시아눌산 멜라민, 멜라민 포스페이트, 멜라민 파이로포스페이트, 멜라민 폴리포스페이트로 구성된 군에서 하나 이상 선택된 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기 층상실리케이트가 알킬암모늄, 중합도 5 ∼ 1000의 알코올류 및 케톤류로 구성된 군에서 선택된 유기화제로 유기화된 몬트모릴 로나이트, 헥토라이트, 버미큘라이트 및 사포나이트로 구성된 군에서 선택된 층상 실리케이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 나노복합체 난연성 열가소성 수지 조성물이 활제, 열안정제, 산화방지제, 광안정제, 적하 방지제, 안료 및 무기 충진제로 구성된 군에서 선택된 하나 이상을 추가로 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 나노복합체 열가소성 수지 조성물.
