Claims (11)
- 카르복시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (A)와 히드록시그룹 및/또는 에폭시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (B)를 축합반응시켜 제조시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (A)는 방향족비닐 화합물 60~100 중량부와 시안화비닐 화합물 0~40 중량부로 이루어지는 혼합물에 카르복시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물을 투입하여 공중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 카르복시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물은 아크릴산, 메타크릴산, 이타코닌산, 말레인산 및 푸마린산으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (B)는 방향족비닐 화합물 60~100 중량부와 시안화비닐 화합물 0~40 중량부로 이루어지는 혼합물에 히드록시 그룹 및/또는 에폭시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물을 투입하여 공중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 히드록시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물은 히드록시에틸메타크릴레이트, 히드록시에틸아크릴레이트, 히드록시프로필메타크릴레이트, 히드록시부틸아크릴레이트 및 히드록시부틸메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되고;상기 에폭시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물은 글리시딜아크릴레이트 또는 글리시딜메타크릴레이트로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 열가소성 수지는 중량평균분자량이 120,000~400,000 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지.
- 카르복시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (A)와 히드록시그룹 및/또는 에폭시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (B)를 제조하고; 그리고상기 관능기가 포함된 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (A)와 (B) 중 어느 하나를 주쇄가 되도록 하고 다른 하나를 분지쇄가 되도록 축합반응하는;단계로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 열가소성 수지는 주쇄를 이루는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 80,000~300,000의 범위이고, 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물의 투입량이 0.2~2 중량부이고; 분지쇄를 이루는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 중량 평균 분자량이 20,000~100,000의 범위이고, 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물의 투입량이 0.1~1 중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 가공성이 우수한 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (A)는 방향족비닐 화합물 60~100 중량부와 시안화비닐 화합물 0~40 중량부로 이루어지는 혼합물에 카르복시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물을 투입하여 공중합하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 스티렌계 열가소성 수지 (B)는 방향족비닐 화합물 60~100 중량부와 시안화비닐 화합물 0~40 중량부로 이루어지는 혼합물에 히드록시그룹 또는 에폭시그룹의 관능기를 갖는 비닐계 화합물을 투입하여 공중합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 축합반응은 반응 온도 120~160℃에서 1~3 시간 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 스티렌계 열가소성 수지의 제조 방법.
