Claims (12)
- 천연톡신을 구성하는 아미노산서열중, 세린잔기, 글루타민산잔기 및 리진잔기를 보유하고 있는 톡신, 또는 그 서브유닛을 화학적 처리에 의해 감독화하여, 잔존 톡신활성을 천연체의 1/2000 이하로 하고, 천연톡신과 실질적으로 동등한 면역증강활성을 보유하고, 리진 잔기에 포르말린 분자가 결합되어 있는, 감독화톡신을 포함하는 아쥬반트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톡신이, 천연톡신의 아미노산서열에 대해 1, 또는 복수의 아미노산의 치환, 삽입, 결실 및 부가로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 변이를 포함하는 아미노산서열에 의해 구성된, 아쥬반트활성을 갖는 변이체인 아쥬반트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톡신이 천연톡신인 아쥬반트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 톡신이 세균톡신인 아쥬반트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 톡신이, 콜레라톡신, 백일해톡신, 병원성 대장균 이열성 톡신, 포도상구균α톡신, 포도상구균β톡신 및 장염비브리오균 내열성 용혈톡신으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 톡신인 아쥬반트.
- 제5항에 있어서, 톡신이 천연 콜레라톡신으로, 포르말린처리에 의해 감독화하여 그 톡신활성을 1/2000 이하로 한 아쥬반트.
- 제6항에 있어서, 톡신활성이 1/10000 이하인 아쥬반트.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항의 아쥬반트와 면역항원을 포함하는 백신제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경비접종을 위한 것인 백신제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경구접종을 위한 것인 백신제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 경피접종을 위한 것인 백신제제.
- 제8항에 있어서, 면역항원이, 인플루엔자바이러스, 로타바이러스, 홍역바이럿, 풍진바이러스, 유행성 이하선염바이러스, 에이즈바이러스, 백일해균, 디프테리아균, 헬리코박터 ·피롤리균, 출혈성 대장균(EHEC), 클라미디어원충, 마이코플라즈마원충, 말라리아원충, 콕시듐원충 및 주혈흡충으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 단일 또는 복수의 병원미생물의 항원인 백신제제.
