Claims (13)
- 습윤지력증강제와 더불어 카르복시 메틸 셀룰로오스(CMC) 또는 구아 검(Guar gum)을 첨가하여 원지를 제조하는 단계;원지를 폴리비닐알코올, 변형 요소수지 및 촉매를 포함하는 표면 처리액으로 처리하는 단계;상기 표면 처리액으로 처리된 원지를 경화액으로 처리하는 단계; 및상기 경화액으로 처리된 원지를 건조하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 CMC 또는 구아 검은 지료의 전건 섬유량에 대하여 0.1 내지 0.6 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 변형 요소수지는 보안 용지에서 유리 포름알데히드를 검출시키지 않는 변형된 요소수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 암모늄염, 아민염 또는 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 변형 요소수지의 함량은 전체 표면 처리액 내에서 1 내지 10 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 변형 요소수지의 함량은 3 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매의 함량은 상기 변형 요소수지의 함량에 대해서 10 내지 20 범위의 비율인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 경화액은 붕사 또는 붕산액인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 건조 단계에서, 건조 온도는 100℃ 이상이고, 건조 시간은 3분 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 습윤지력증강제는 지료의 전건 섬유량에 대하여 0.5 내지 1.2 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리비닐알코올은 전체 표면 처리액을 기준으로 하여 2 내지 7 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 촉매는 변형 요소수지의 중량에 대하여 10 내지 20 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 내구성이 강화된 보안 용지의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제 12항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법으로 제조된 보안 용지.
