Claims (9)
- (A) 불소 수지 입자, (B) 질소 원자를 포함하지 않고, 비점이 100 ℃ 이상이며, 수산기를 2개 이상 갖는 고비점 다가 알코올, (C) 분해되어 기화되는 온도가 상기 불소 수지의 분해 온도까지의 온도 범위 내에 있는 해중합성 메타크릴 수지 입자, (D) 비이온성 계면활성제, (E) 수성 매체를 포함하며, 여기서 상기 해중합성 메타크릴 수지 입자 (C)가 하기 화학식 IV로 표시되는 메타크릴레이트계 단량체의 단독중합체 또는 하기 화학식 IV의 메타크릴레이트계 단량체의 2종 이상의 공중합체이며, 상기 비이온성 계면활성제 (D)가 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 비이온성 계면활성제이고, 상기 고비점 다가 알코올 (B) 및 해중합성 메타크릴 수지 입자 (C)의 배합량은 불소 수지 입자 (A) 100 중량부에 대하여 각각 5 내지 18 중량부 및 5 내지 25 중량부이고, 산화제 및 아민계 용제를 포함하지 않는 불소 수지 코팅용 수성 분산 조성물.<화학식 I>R-O-A-H식 중, R은 직쇄상 또는 분지쇄상의 탄소수 9 내지 19, 바람직하게는 10 내지 16의 알킬기이고, A는 옥시에틸렌 단위를 4 내지 20개, 옥시프로필렌 단위를 0내지 2개 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌쇄이다.<화학식 IV>CH2=C(CH3)COOR식 중, R은 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬기 또는 히드록시알킬기이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고비점 다가 알코올 (B)가 글리세린인 수성 분산 조성물.
- 삭제
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알킬페놀의 함유량이 0.1 ppm 이하인 수성 분산 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 불소 수지 입자가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 입자, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 공중합체 입자, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체 입자, 또는 이들의 2종 이상인 수성 분산 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 불소 수지 코팅용 수성 분산 조성물, 및 안료, 운모 입자, 안료로 피복된 운모 입자 및 금속 박편으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 무기 재료 (F)를 포함하고, 불소 수지 입자 (A)와 무기 재료 (F)의 중량비는 20/80 내지 0.2/99.8인 불소 수지 코팅용 수성 분산 조성물.
- 제6항에 있어서, 불소 수지 입자가 폴리테트라플루오로에틸렌 입자, 테트라플루오로에틸렌-퍼플루오로(알킬비닐에테르) 공중합체 입자, 테트라플루오로에틸렌 -헥사플루오로프로필렌 공중합체 입자, 또는 이들의 2종 이상인 수성 분산 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 기재된 불소 수지 코팅용 수성 분산 조성물을 도장하고 소성하여 얻어지는, 두께가 20 ㎛ 이상인 용융 피막을 상도층으로서 갖는 도장 물품.
- 제6항에 기재된 불소수지 코팅용 수성분산조성물을 도장하고 소성하여 얻어지는, 두께가 20 ㎛ 이상인 용융 피막을 상도층으로서 갖는 도장 물품.
