Claims (3)
- 축이 수평인 2개의 냉각 회전롤 사이에서 액상 금속으로부터 직접 두께 10mm 이하의 페라이트계 스테인리스 강 스트립을 연속 주조하는 방법으로서,상기 액상금속은, 중량 %로, C% + N% ≤ 0.12, Mn% ≤ 1, P% ≤ 0.04, Si% ≤ 1, Mo% ≤ 2.5, 11 ≤ Cr% ≤19, Al ≤ 1%, Ti% + Nb% + Zr% ≤ 1, 나머지는 철과 용융으로부터의 불순물인 조성을 가지며;하기 식에 의해 정의되는, 상기 액상금속의 γp 지수는 35%∼60% 이며;γp = 420 C% + 470 N% + 23 Ni% + 9 Cu% + 7 Mn% - 11.5 Cr% - 11.5 Si% - 12 Mo% - 23 V% - 47 Nb% - 49 Ti% - 52 Al% + 189 (상기 식에서, 백분율은 중량 %임),상기 롤의 표면 거칠기 (Ra)는 5㎛ 이상이며,상기 롤 사이에 존재하는 액상 금속의 메니스커스 부근에서, 강에 가용성인 기체를 60 부피% 이상 포함하는 불활성 가스가 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 주조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 불활성 가스는, 질소 및 아르곤의 조성이 각각 70%∼99% 및 1%∼30% 인 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 주조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 롤의 표면 거칠기(Ra)는 5㎛∼20㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 연속 주조 방법.
