Claims (8)
- 입력받은 전원을 일정한 레벨의 직류 전력으로 변환하여 외부의 회로 모듈에 구동전압으로 공급하기 위한 레귤레이터; 및상기 레귤레이터의 출력 전압 레벨을 조절하기 위한 전압제어기를 포함하며,상기 전압제어기의 제어에 따라 상기 구동전압의 레벨이 상기 외부 회로 모듈을 구성하는 스위칭 소자의 턴온전압보다 낮은 대기전압 레벨로 조절되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압제어기는,상기 레귤레이터의 출력 전압을 정상상태 회로 모듈의 구동전압 레벨, 0V의 차단 레벨, 및 상기 대기전압 레벨 중 하나로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전압제어기는,상기 레귤레이터의 출력 전압을 정상상태 회로 모듈의 구동전압 레벨, 및 상기 대기전압 레벨 중 하나로 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 대기전압 레벨은,접지 전압 레벨과 상기 턴온전압 레벨 사이의 값으로서, 상기 턴온전압 레벨 에 보다 가까운 레벨인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 회로 모듈은,고주파 증폭기인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 회로 모듈은,주파수 혼합기인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 회로 모듈은,이동통신 단말기의 RF 수신 블록인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 외부 회로 모듈은,이동통신 단말기의 RF 송신 블록인 것을 특징으로 하는 구동전압 제어 모듈.
